Waitlist Queue
We would like functionality where an individual would be able to place themselves on a waitlist queue for managed rooms.
Today an individual can request an available room and multiple requests may be received up to the point where a request is accepted for the room at a particular time. Other requests would be placed in waitlist.
Functionality for the user to see that they are on the waitlist and their position in the waitlist queue would be helpful.

Can we submit a photo from our Active Directory to appear in the user profile of the Condeco application? We have this with other SAS applications like Zoom. We would like something similar with Condeco.

Automatic update mode for outlook addin
to install a new version of the Outlook Addin we need to first uninstall the previous version and then push the new version because your addin doesn't install with an update mode (while all other addin on outlook works with update mode, like Zoom, Teams...).
Could you please work on an updatable mode for this addin?

Booking Grid - Edit other users' bookings Improvement
At the moment, as an admin if I want to Edit someone else's booking from the booking grid (from example to extend it from AM only to AM+PM), when clicking on a cell it is still my booking schedule shown - NOT the user's booking schedule... This can be done but with quite a few extra steps: by selecting the 'Booking for someone else' checkbox and then searching for that person's name.
The expected behavior for a real Edit feature when clicking on a cell of the booking Grid, would be to have by default that user's booking details pre-filled.

If the room gets bump, then the booking duration should be nil & it should not reflect in the room booking report.
When we pull the room booking report at the end of the month, the room which got bump still shows the booking duration. Ideally if the room is bump then the duration used should be nil.

bind a desk to the profile/person
ability to add your very own desk in the profile, and use it as a default one. it will also help coworkers to know who owns the desk.

System validation message for restricted group bookings from the floor plan view had a poor validation message.

Vacant Desk psaces
If a person does not turn up and check into a desk then can the desk be reopened to be used by another person. at present if a booked desk is not checked into by 0900 it locks the desk under awaiting cleaning.
this is a major issue as people are booking blocks of desks and not turning up which limits desk spaces for other wanting to come into the office. can a text be sent to the person that boks a seat if not checked into by 0900 and if no reply or a booking cancelation is received can…1 vote -

Poder preservar los puestos durante un tiempo de forma atomática una vez se sabe que dias tienes que venir a la oficina. es ABSURDO tener que pelearse por tener un puesto de trabajo cuando la propia empresa te dice que días tienes que venir. Issue with profile
I set up my profile earlier in the week and was able to book desks, but today my profile is incomplete again. I updated it but it says it takes 24 hours to update and therefore I cannot use the booking system. This is quite unhelpful and frustrating

Ability to see room pictures and floorplans in Condeco Outlook App. Currently this is available in Com+ Plug-in but not in the Condeco Outlook App.

Swapping order of navigation options with Desks as default

I think it would be better to swap the "Room Booking" and "Desk Booking" options on the side bar to have "Room Booking" on top.
Also for "Desk Booking" to be auto expanded and for "Room Booking" to be collapsed.
Desk booking will be used much more frequently and it will make the service easier to find for many.

Mother's room
is it possible to limit the booking duration by blocks for certain rooms? for example the Mother's room (pump room), I don't think its very fair for one person to book the entire room for the whole day and not allow someone else to use it.
