Ability for users to view and book meeting spaces from a floor plan.

Move the 'post an idea' lightbulb so that it is not in the way
Please move the 'post an idea' lightbulb image across on the screen as you can no longer use your arrow to scroll down the screen

We’re happy to let you know that in our latest update, we’ve moved the idea lightbulb and replaced it with a ‘Suggest an Idea’ link within the top toolbar. We’re sorry to anyone who had trouble clicking on the book button when trying to reserve a room.
Please Note: Your Condeco application will need to be updated to the latest version (in accordance with your organisations update policy) for you to see the change.

Freeze the top row in ADVANCED GRID, so that the Timeline is always visible even when scrolling down

Ability to bulk transfer bookings from one requestor/host to another
If a user leaves the company and has 200 bookings, the administrator cannot open each booking one by one as it's a tedious task.
When someone leaves the company the meeting sits in their name, even if you change the requestor and host name their replacement cannot amend the booking.
We would like to be able to transfer the entire booking and responsibility of that booking to a different member of staff rather than reception and global admins picking up extra work.

Auto detection of external/internal attendees.
Default the attendee type to "External".
When the name is entered from the internal address book, then it will change to "Internal".
In Outlook Add-in, based on the "To:" list, do a detection if attendees are Internal or External, based on email address.
This will ease the need to tagging attendees to "External" to register them into the Visitor Management System.

Room selection: only display available rooms in the dropdown
The process for selecting available rooms on existing room booking needs to be reengineered.
When changing the date/time for existing room booking, the room dropdown should not list any booked rooms since it is not possible to book. The current functionality allows to see available rooms only after you click on āshow more available roomā in the dropdown.
This is counterintuitive and confuses our users. My suggestion would be to list only available rooms in the dropdown and then have something like "List all rooms" option at the bottom in case someone needs to look at the booked rooms.

Make it mandatory for users to enter a meeting title when booking in Outlook
Meeting title - ensuring its mandatory for a user to put this information in when booking a room through outlook.
Improve Message Alert: A message comes up asking user to put a title in but defaults to click "OK" to go ahead with booking a room without putting a title in. Can the message be changed to - 'To add a meeting title, please press "OK"or Cancelā (and have just 1 button OK)

We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve included this idea in today’s release of Outlook Add-in 6.6.5.
You are now able to configure the add-in so that users must enter a subject in the appointment before they are able to book a room. This will help prevent untitled room bookings in Condeco.

Advanced Grid in Outlook - Hover to see information
In the web on the ABG if you hover over a meeting you can see additional meeting information. However, when viewing from Outlook this functionality either is not available or does not work.
This would only apply if you have permission to view other user's meetings.

Please check that you have the latest Enterprise update applied by going to Advanced Setup > About, whilst logged in as a Global Admin. Note: No update to your Outlook Add-in is required.

Ability to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate
We need users to be able to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate. This is particularly important where we have roles that are 'job shares', as if one user is out of the office then their job sharers need to be able to view and edit their room bookings.
Delegate access is available but only to firms who are using the Outlook plugin. We are choosing not to use the Outlook plugin but still need the ability to provide delegate access. Please can you make delegate access available to all?25 votesHi!

Floor plan on today page
The website opens on the today page but you can't view the floorplan when making a booking there. It would be useful to have the floorplan there in the same way as we do on the main booking screen.

Ability to change the start of the week for my calendar
Clicking the calendar on the Quick Search page opens a calendar that has Monday as the start of the week but calendars in USA all have Sunday as the first day of the week.
We would like the capability to edit the calendar format so customers can have a calendar that matches the typical format they are used to.

Floors - default to ALL
Set Floors to 'all' for users on the Outlook Add-in.

Delete option under 'find bookings'
Have a delete button on 'Find bookings' instead of locating the booking on 'Find bookings' then trying to find the booking on the grid to be able to delete it.
This would save a lot of time for us and the customer who will wait on the phone until we have deleted the booking.16 votesHello!

If a meeting title has been made private, it should still show as private on room screens
If there is a confidential meeting, and the title of this meeting is ticked as 'Private' on Condeco web, people should NOT be able to see it on Room Screens. Currently (working with TMS), if a meeting is private, it still shows the whole meeting title on the room VC screens.

Make it easier to identify all admin users within the system
We would like to be able to identify all admin users across all regions and to manage configuration related changes better
Whilst there is a report that currently shows "all users", it does not give us any visibility of their access rights.

We’re happy to announce that in our latest update we have improved the User Report in our Advanced Reports module. You can now generate a list of all users, admins and vendors in the application along with their access level.
Also, in our new User Management module (available soon), you will be able to generate a list of admins with a column showing exactly what country, locations or groups they administer.

Date Range - Find a Colleague
In find a colleague, can you make the date a range so you can look over multiple days to see what is coming up?

This will grant the ability to see a colleagues schedule over the next 5 weeks to bring the web application in line with the mobile application.Ā

Support for SCIM: System for Cross-domain Identity Management
We'd really like to see Condeco's API supporting SCIM.
This is a standard for automating the exchange of user identity information between identity domains, or IT systems. It's gaining a lot of traction in the SaaS world and would be helpful in a large organisation.
This would also remove the need for Condeco's HR feed application, as (taking from Wikipedia):
In addition to simple user-record management (creating & deleting), SCIM can also be used to share information about user attributes, attribute schema, and group membership. Attributes could range from user contact information to group membership. Group membership or other attributeā¦

Ability to book linked rooms without being linked
Sometimes you need two separate rooms for a meeting (e.g. two workshops, afterwards everything together). If you choose one room which is able to be linked with another one and you choose as second room the other one, they are always linked. You do not have the possibility to book these rooms in one booking separate.
It would be better to have the possibility to say whether you want them to be linked or to be separated.
12 votesWe are happy to announce that we have included this suggestion in our latest update.
Now when you add a conference endpoint from ‘Rooms & connections’ on the booking form, it will no longer automatically try to link the two rooms together. This allows you to create a single booking with two separate rooms, even if they are part of a linked room group.
You can continue to link rooms using the ‘Basic details’ tab.
