  1. Advanced Grid in Outlook - Hover to see information

    In the web on the ABG if you hover over a meeting you can see additional meeting information. However, when viewing from Outlook this functionality either is not available or does not work.

    This would only apply if you have permission to view other user's meetings.

  2. Ability to see if a user RFID card has been registered

    Would be good to see if a user has registered their RFID card for use on the panels in the USER section.
    This would save having to send team members to see the user and check the card in person.

  3. Ability to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate

    We need users to be able to access selected other users' bookings as a delegate. This is particularly important where we have roles that are 'job shares', as if one user is out of the office then their job sharers need to be able to view and edit their room bookings.
    Delegate access is available but only to firms who are using the Outlook plugin. We are choosing not to use the Outlook plugin but still need the ability to provide delegate access. Please can you make delegate access available to all?

  4. Advanced Grid - Increase column width with room names

    On the Advanced Grid, the width of the column displaying the room name should be wider to display more of the room name. When manually widen the column, I can read the names but when switch to a different date, it resets the column width. Please keep the width to what I needed it to be.

    We’re sorry that you are experiencing these issues. The speed of the application can be impacted by a large variety of factors, dependent on how it’s hosted, demand at peak hours, your internet connection, your location etc. The overall reasons can differ from client to client, and not all our clients are on the same version with the same hosting arrangements.

    If you experience specific performance issues at present, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager who will be able to assess your specific circumstances.

    Rest assured that from a product perspective we are always looking at driving performance improvements by streamlining our code, the database, and the way we use Microsoft Azure Cloud to enable scalability at peak periods.

    However, given the general nature of the idea, we will close this for now as it doesn’t refer to a specific feature, function or need.

  7. Auto detection of external/internal attendees.

    Default the attendee type to "External".

    When the name is entered from the internal address book, then it will change to "Internal".

    In Outlook Add-in, based on the "To:" list, do a detection if attendees are Internal or External, based on email address.

    This will ease the need to tagging attendees to "External" to register them into the Visitor Management System.

  8. Make it mandatory for users to enter a meeting title when booking in Outlook

    Meeting title - ensuring its mandatory for a user to put this information in when booking a room through outlook.

    Improve Message Alert: A message comes up asking user to put a title in but defaults to click "OK" to go ahead with booking a room without putting a title in. Can the message be changed to - 'To add a meeting title, please press "OK"or Cancel’ (and have just 1 button OK)

    Hello!

    We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve included this idea in today’s release of Outlook Add-in 6.6.5.

    You are now able to configure the add-in so that users must enter a subject in the appointment before they are able to book a room. This will help prevent untitled room bookings in Condeco.

  9. See layout/setup of the room on the advance grid and booking grid

    It would be great to add layout to the meeting overview in the booking chart

    We have to open bookings to check layout of the room

  10. Ability to bulk transfer bookings from one requestor/host to another

    If a user leaves the company and has 200 bookings, the administrator cannot open each booking one by one as it's a tedious task.

    When someone leaves the company the meeting sits in their name, even if you change the requestor and host name their replacement cannot amend the booking.

    We would like to be able to transfer the entire booking and responsibility of that booking to a different member of staff rather than reception and global admins picking up extra work.

  11. A consistent weekly/monthly view on the booking grid

    • We would like the weekly/monthly view to show the colour of the meeting which is set as Booking Type we use this to differentiate between internal staff/external guests.

    Guests always have priority over internal meetings. We want everyone to know when a meeting is 'external' so attendees know to clean up.

  14. Ability to book linked rooms without being linked

    Sometimes you need two separate rooms for a meeting (e.g. two workshops, afterwards everything together). If you choose one room which is able to be linked with another one and you choose as second room the other one, they are always linked. You do not have the possibility to book these rooms in one booking separate.

    It would be better to have the possibility to say whether you want them to be linked or to be separated.

    We are happy to announce that we have included this suggestion in our latest update.

    Now when you add a conference endpoint from ‘Rooms & connections’ on the booking form, it will no longer automatically try to link the two rooms together. This allows you to create a single booking with two separate rooms, even if they are part of a linked room group.

    You can continue to link rooms using the ‘Basic details’ tab.

  15. Ability to change the start of the week for my calendar

    Clicking the calendar on the Quick Search page opens a calendar that has Monday as the start of the week but calendars in USA all have Sunday as the first day of the week.

    We would like the capability to edit the calendar format so customers can have a calendar that matches the typical format they are used to.

  16. Booking Grid: Time to be displayed on both sides of the grid

    When using the booking grid to view time slots, the times are only currently displayed on the left hand side of the grid.

    Can the times be added to the right hand side of the grid to make it easier when viewing the booking grid on large widescreen PC monitors?

    As additional to this, when hovering over a booking on the grid, can the pop-up show what the actual timeslot is for that booking (start to end time), saving you from opening that booking (similar to how the hover over function works in Outlook calendar).

  20. Ability to create a meeting reminder at 0 hours (when the meeting starts)

    A meeting reminder should be allowed on 0 hours before the meeting- so right at the meeting start.
    Or the timescale should be selectable from hours into minutes. Currently 1 hour before meeting start is the minimum.
