  2. Option for hot desks to confirm that DSE checks have been done for H&S compliance

    In the UK anytime someone changes desk they are required to complete a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) form. To help with compliance, any desk designated as a hot desk should have the option to allow a tick box which says the person booking has undertaken the DSE assement. This could then be reported on.

  3. Restrict Contact Report results to Group / Location / Country

    Currently, a Group Admin is able to trace a given user's contacts across different groups / locations / countries that he is not even admin of.

    This is contradictory to the concept of the Group Admin only being able to administer settings and users of groups he is admin of / permitted to administrate.

    It also raises issues regarding data protection because now an administrator who is a group admin of e.g. only one single specific group in one specific country can trace contacts of any user for any country.

  4. bump warning

    Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
    Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.

  5. Enable Recurring Desk Bookings

    A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.

    eg:
    John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
    Sam has desk 1001 on Wed
    David has desk 1001 on Thurs/Fri

  6. Notify Admin when all desks are booked

    Can Condeco an provide an automated warning message, when we have reached 'desk booked' capacity, to say that no desks are available and please do not visit the office? Possibly also alerting site leads? For example if we only have 90 desks available to book each day an alert it sent when we reached that number?

  7. Add option for staff to update their status as working 'offsite'

    When employees update their status on the app they have the following options;

    Book a space
    I’m not working
    Working remotely

    Is it possible to add an additional option for employees to select. Such as ‘Offsite/Other location? (a location not included in Condeco)

    This will then support reporting where companies are using a hybrid working approach and want to understand if the hybrid approach is working. How employees split their time from onsite/offsite

  8. Deactivate icon in floorplan legend when function not being used

    In case a functionality is not being used (e.g. desk cleaning), it shall be possible to deactivate or hide the respective icon in floorplan legend.

    It is confusing for the user, when desk cleaning is not being used but the "awaiting cleaning" icon is shown on the floorplan.

    Allow an authorised user (assigned to restricted group ABC) to book a space in the restricted group ABC for another user who is not assigned to this restricted group ABC.

  11. Show user specific instructions that are valid only for this specific group of workspaces.

    We would like to have an option to leave the user messages not for the whole location as it is with self-certification, but restricted to a specific group. It would be very useful to configure and activate a special message (similar to self-certification) on group level. This message will be shown to the users after they click on "Book" and the user has to confirm it (OK button is enough) to complete the booking process.

  13. Convert Kiosk URL to Lowercase before GET call

    The kiosk URL is case sensitive, which doesn't make any sense to me since this is hosted by Azure which is Windows-based, and windows based machines are not case sensitive like LINUX.

    For example:

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?KioskCode=CODE - does not work

    https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?kioskcode=CODE - DOES work

    What is happening is there is a Value = GET['kioskcode'], it should be Value = tolower(GET['kioskcode']).

    The URL should be converted to lower first before using the input value passed over by GET parameters.

    Kioskcode is not the folder name, it’s part of the code in the js file. That’s why it looks for the exact wording.…

  14. A minimum advance reservation

    A minimum advance reservation is important and in some locations a showstopper to use Condeco. For example in some locations local facilities need to be informed in advance of a booking in order to prepare the desk or due to covid restrictions and government policies need to declare in advance

    We have altered the Today page to be part of the main application. This means users will still have 'Today' as their landing page, but they can go straight to Personal spaces afterward using the left navigation bar, rather than requiring users to 'Close' the Today page and be taken to the 'Meeting spaces' home page.

  16. All desk group view

    Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  17. Place 'Book for Someone Else' checkbox at very top of screen

    We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  19. Mobile App - Have a section with the floor plan

    Have a section on the app that shows the floor plan without the need to start the booking process.
    Users find search for a colleague rather cumbersome and would rather be able to view the floor plan and see where colleagues are booked in etc.

  20. Allow admin to check people in to desks

    Would be good if the admin has the ability to check-in users who have forgotten to check-in and have gone off to a meeting etc.
