Cancelation period for parking spaces
In addition to desks, we offer users the booking of parkings spaces via Condeco as well. We need to configure a cancelation period for bookable resources - especially parking spaces. The cancelation period is a number of hours or days in advance of the booked day. If the cancelation period has passed, canceling the booking of a resource is no longer possible.
Users are charged a fee for booking parking spaces. When canceling within the period, no fee will be charged.x1 vote -
all/none option for all the users
Currently, only admins can see the option to select all available time in a week or reset all selections (all/none button).
We kindly ask you to add this functionality to the users with user rights as they are using the system on daily basis and this function is very useful for them.

iCS as an all day event
A feature or option where Admin has the ability to send the iCS as an all day event. Having the iCS appear on a user's calendar in the morning is distracting, especially for the admin assistants when coordinating calendars for multiple users.

AM and PM booking calendar invite is for 12pm
Why wouldn't it align with the start of the day (AM period)? Otherwise, people think their AM reservation didn't take.

Hide Admin and User Guide
The Admin and User Guide is visible to non-admins, appears most relevant to users of Condeco's app, which we are not. We'd like to make non-visible or redirect the link to another user-facing resource.

Check-In reminder notification on app
The app does not prompt a user by sending them a message or pop up a reminder that they have a desk booked for that day and that they need to check in/self -certify.
Can this be implemented to assist with ensuring users complete the self-certification and access to a workspace.

Booking on behalf of confirmation addressed to wrong person
If someone books on your behalf, the confirmation goes to that person but is addressed to the booker's name. It should be addressed to the person receiving the email.

Error message "you already have a personal space booked" is misleading
From the Today screen, the error message "you already have a personal space booked" is misleading because the space information listed is for the space you tried to book, not the space you have booked. It should be the other way around, reminding you of what you've already booked. Similarly, from the regular bookings screen, the search results read “There are currently no available personal spaces” which should actually say “You already have a personal space booked”.

Booking desks for external
When booking on behalf of someone else, put the external tick box above rather than below. This makes it easier for people to free type the name and easier to navigate - a lot of people miss the button at the bottom.

Allow the user to booked a whole week in one click
When the admin looks at the calendar in book a personal space they have the option to select whole week by clicking on all.
However the end user has to select each day am/pm individually which they find rather cumbersome.
It would be great if the end user could have the same functionality as the admins5 votes -
Change "default privacy setting for new users" from a global configuration to local configuration item
Having the capability to determine the default privacy setting for new users by application setup - location vs via advanced setup would help us tremendously.
Our EMEA locations need this setting to be reflected as "hide from colleagues." Our non EMEA regions would like "share with colleagues" enabled.

Notification Message when Booking from Quick Search or Booking
Please review the below screen shot. Is it possible to have the same message that appears in screenshot (1), appear in screenshot (2)? These messages appear when a hoteling space is not available on a particular floor and the #2 message could be considered by the end-user as an error message.

The ability when I book a desk to inform the facility manager that I intend to take a meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) in the restaurant
In the desk booking form it would help the facility managers to plan food services when a user when booking a desk has the ability to inform whether they will be making use of the catering services in the restaurant. This will provide the facility manager with information on how many people will be consuming in the restaurant with the aim of avoiding wastage.

Region feature for desk booking
The structure of the meeting sppaces can be organized in different filter categories like "country -> region -> location".
For the personal spaces it is only possible to structure them into the clusters "country -> location".
It would be very helpfull if there is also the extra filter/dropdown menu "region" for booking personal spaces, to structure desk booking cross-regional.1 vote -
Limit the number of a weeks a user can use a desk
It would be good if the system could be set so a user cannot book the same desk every time they make a desk booking.
We are trying to introduce more collaboration between teams and would like people to mix up where they sit.
However old habits die hard and users like to sit at the same desk week in week out.3 votes -
Restrict "Booking for Other Users" to only certain users
Currently the option is global and all or nothing. But for someone who is say an executive assistant or team lead it would be useful to allow specific non-admin users to book for others while not allowing it globally.

Add question to Desk Booking Form
Ask user if they would like a lunch meal with their reservation. The response is then collected and shared with email distribution group. The reason behind this idea is to cut back on food waste in our office.

Option for hot desks to confirm that DSE checks have been done for H&S compliance
In the UK anytime someone changes desk they are required to complete a Display Screen Equipment (DSE) form. To help with compliance, any desk designated as a hot desk should have the option to allow a tick box which says the person booking has undertaken the DSE assement. This could then be reported on.

Restrict Contact Report results to Group / Location / Country
Currently, a Group Admin is able to trace a given user's contacts across different groups / locations / countries that he is not even admin of.
This is contradictory to the concept of the Group Admin only being able to administer settings and users of groups he is admin of / permitted to administrate.
It also raises issues regarding data protection because now an administrator who is a group admin of e.g. only one single specific group in one specific country can trace contacts of any user for any country.
A more appropriate behaviour would be that if a Group…
