Option to edit the “Desk booking reminder” email template
Please add an option to edit the “Desk Booking reminder” email template under the group administration in the application setup and create an option to edit all the notification email templates under the group administration.

Convert Kiosk URL to Lowercase before GET call
The kiosk URL is case sensitive, which doesn't make any sense to me since this is hosted by Azure which is Windows-based, and windows based machines are not case sensitive like LINUX.
For example:
https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?KioskCode=CODE - does not work
https://CLIENTNAME.condecosoftware.com/condecodeskkiosk/welcome.htm?kioskcode=CODE - DOES work
What is happening is there is a Value = GET['kioskcode'], it should be Value = tolower(GET['kioskcode']).
The URL should be converted to lower first before using the input value passed over by GET parameters.
Kioskcode is not the folder name, it’s part of the code in the js file. That’s why it looks for the exact wording.…

A minimum advance reservation
A minimum advance reservation is important and in some locations a showstopper to use Condeco. For example in some locations local facilities need to be informed in advance of a booking in order to prepare the desk or due to covid restrictions and government policies need to declare in advance

Set Booking Slots for Users via API
Customers are looking to manage the amount of times users can reserve a desk by adjusting booking slots value over API endpoints. This will allow customers to automatically manage how often their employees are in the office.

Show user specific instructions that are valid only for this specific group of workspaces.
We would like to have an option to leave the user messages not for the whole location as it is with self-certification, but restricted to a specific group. It would be very useful to configure and activate a special message (similar to self-certification) on group level. This message will be shown to the users after they click on "Book" and the user has to confirm it (OK button is enough) to complete the booking process.

Zones: Mark 'Floor' field mandatory
Currently, when creating a new zone, the 'Name' field is marked mandatory (depicted by a red asterisk) while the 'Floor' field is not. However, when trying to save the zone without adding floor information, a corresponding error message pops up asking to fill out the floor field.
Therefore, it makes sense to add a red asterisk to the floor field as well to show that it is mandatory.

Search for a colleague
If you look for a colleague and then click on “View” you usually end up on the building plan and can then book. If the area is already fully booked, you can unfortunately not see where the colleague is on the map.

Display of attributes region by region
All available attributes are currently displayed in the profile, here it would be nice if only those attributes are displayed that can currently be selected in his country. All attributes of the various countries are currently displayed in the user profile.

bump warning
Bump warning lead times are currently only editable by Condeco administrators, it would be nice if this functionality also existed for global administrators. Furthermore, it would be great if the bump warnings could be defined differently for each country, i.e. the language and the time could be defined differently for each country. Currently only one language and a lead time for the bump warnings can be set.
Another point would be to build an "Auto CheckIn link" into the Bump Warnings -> checkin is done by clicking on the link.5 votes -
Bulk Update/Import new personal spaces
Being able to quickly update or import new desks with a CSV upload would save much time. The initial setup was done with a CSV upload so i dont see why this should not be made available to all Admin users.

Non Default Group can book further in advance then Primary group
Secondary(Non Default Group) can book further in advance then the Primary group.
We have an Employees group and a Directors group. Majority of our desks are setup in Employees group. Employees are allowed to book 2 weeks in advance and Directors should be allowed to book 5 weeks in advance.
With current setup this is not possible; "Advance Period (Days) in Non-Default group cannot be greater than in Primary group."

"Imperative" vs. "wishes" attributes selection when booking
When booking a desk with imperative attributes (Mac Only for example), it appears with a star only, not very visible, in all the bookable desks. Some other search attributes are plus, not must haves. If a product doesn't exits in a search engine, the reply should specify it, but suggest other answers. "We haven't find a desk matching ALL your criterias, but we can offer you this..."

- Remove "Today page" as entry page
- Make "Personal spaces" the default areaError
- Floor plan does not use the setting AM+PM when I book a seat. If I only choose one or the other, then it works

App should allow a user to log a fault within the app
If there is an issue with the desk, a user should be able to report this within the app so the desk is highlighted to an admin in order to fix/close

URL within the QR code to allow a user to check-in without opening the app
A user should be able to scan the QR code with their camera to check in and shouldnt be required to open the app

Visibility of open groups based on default country / region / location
Currently, open groups are visible to any Condeco user within a given tenant, regardless of their default country / region / location. This might lead to confusion, as e.g. German users don't necessarily need to see the open groups of USA or UK.
Instead, it would be great to have the possibility to restrict the visibility of an open group in a e.g. German location only to the users that have Germany set as their default country. This restriction could be extended until location level.

Priority booking of desks
Is there, or can there be, a setting we can apply to a desk group where after a certain time desks become available to book by users who do not normally have access to that group?
For example, the 1st floor desks are restricted to specific users but if a desk is not booked for tomorrow by 4.00pm today - the desk becomes open for staff from other floors to book.2 votes
