An error occurred while saving the comment Peter Scobbie commentedThis is possible at the moment in Condeco, as long as it is done by an administrator (such as a Location Admin or above).
Do the following:
1. Navigate to the visitor module
2. Click on Visitors
3. Click on New Visitor
4. When this window opens, there is an option called Import Visitors.
5. This function allows you to download a template, complete and upload to import your visitors into a particular location. You can flag them as externals, so as to generate a visitors pass (if required) and assign them to a host within the business. We have used this for large events in our business and it's especially useful.
Note: This is in Enterprise 3.3.2 (other Enterprise versions may vary).

An error occurred while saving the comment Peter Scobbie commentedI agree - this behaviour is incorrect on the kiosk. You should be able to pick the desk you want just like the Web App and then confirm it.

An error occurred while saving the comment Peter Scobbie commentedOr instead of opening up the booking in the same page as Your Booking when they click on Edit, the edit button should open the Booking Form, where the close button does exist.
This would be an easy modification to the existing page code and would make it far easier to implement.

An error occurred while saving the comment Peter Scobbie commentedAgreed. If using Condeco with Desk Booking, you have the option to exclude weekends. So in essence, this should also be available to room booking, especially for catering where notification time needs to be able to exclude weekends in those calculations.

The development of this feature is currently underway and we expect to be able to release it during Q4 2020.
The authentication of the card and the permissions of the holder will be pushed to the calendar service.
Assuming the card holder has permission to Start/Stop the meeting, then the screen will allow it.
An error occurred while saving the comment Peter Scobbie commentedThat's true that you can turn on these features, but it would be better that it can only be started by those who are attendees on the meeting using the RFID, which is what Antonio is trying to say.

Get support to run this SQL script on your DB (if on anything from Enterprise 3.0 onwards):
SELECT pkuserid, username, userpin FROM dbo.tbluser
Only issue is that in order for a pin to be generated, the user must have logged into the system and have generated a PIN.
I have asked support if this process could be automated in future and then the report dumped into excel from the script above would have all the detail you require.
