  1. smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer

    You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

  2. Delegate Services confirmation

    Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.

    Option to be able to delete rejected bookings to avoid having to swim through all of them in order to find your accepted one.

  6. Room Booking Availability

    User is looking for a Specific room (EX: TheBar Room) which is already booked by somebody else. Once the booked room cancelled by the user at the end moment, the notification goes to the person who have register for the availability. (Ex: Like Railway ticket reservation)

  7. Requestor and Host Contact Info

    Hello! I was thinking it may be helpful to require users to enter both requestor AND host info to include full name, email, and phone number before their request is able to be submitted.

    We very often have requests that do not include this information, which requires us to reach out to obtain.

  8. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time

    Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

  9. Setup room status to be disabled from booking grid status bar.

    We would like the Setup status of a room to be disabled from the booking grid under the room number/name and instead to show the last input, Clean, Awaiting cleaning etc. When in Setup FOH has no idea if the room is ready or not but they can see the setup on the grid so the status bar showing Setup seems redundant.   10. Deleting a booking from Condeco web app should remove event from Outlook calendar

    Outlook created items if deleted from Condeco web app stay on the individual's calendar. This happens to all attendees on that invite. When deleted from Condeco web app it leave the teams meeting and the name of the meeting but removes the room.

  11. Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar

    Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

  12. Cancellation of booked rooms to create more availability

    Hello - I cannot seem to find a way to cancel my room booking, especially at late notice. Perhaps if a way was created for room bookings to be cancelled if they were no longer needed, then we could free up more meeting rooms for those who need them.

  14. Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application

    When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

  15. Admins to be able to configure access restrictions on web portal per different groups or admins

    Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  16. For end users, set the booking grid so that details of bookings in the rooms are not shown, just blocks showing when a room is booked

    We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

  17. Screen reminder after checkin

    When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

    Our goal is to streamline the user experience by auto-populating the employee ID, similar to the process during booking. We also aim to introduce the feature of making custom fields mandatory if necessary, ensuring users cannot complete a booking unless these fields are filled out.

  19. My team would think its helpful to have certain linked rooms when booked automatically blocks the other rooms from being booked.

    We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.
