    It would be good to have an alert system, which lets you know when someone cancels their booking and there is now a desk available.

    Allow configuration for a minimum capacity for selecting a larger conference rooms. Users cannot book a room unless the minimum capacity is met. Example 60 person conference room could not be booked with less than 20 person attendees.

  3. Booking grid 'Group' to display Meeting Rooms first

    With the booking grid, is there any way that the Group could default to meeting rooms rather than Car Parking? I'm sure that the majority of us utilise the meeting room functionality a lot mor than the car parking.

    At the moment, emails send when booking from the web app or the O365 add-in are not the same. User experience should be the same across the application (Web, iOS, Outlook).

    Same email HTML editable emails should be use for all bookings .

  5. Grid - Increase column width with all information of "To"

    In our company, we find that the "To" visibility is limited. Especially, when we have meetings booked for several days. We'd like to see the date and hour in the "To" column so when there's events for several days we can see when it finishes and we ensure that the booking is well done.

    When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. Preferably an ability for the system to allow for exception booking for small number of conflicts that could be pre-set (i.e. show me rooms that meet 90% of my meeting dates and…

  8. Request button should show as 'Book' for admins in Outlook add-in

    Rooms in managed groups can be booked directly by admins but in Condeco Add-In in Outlook the button is always "Request", for all levels of admins. The Request will then get approved automatically, however this causes confusions and the admins think they have to request and action their own requests. Please make the button relfect the admin level and show "Book" instead of "Request". Thank you!

  9. Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms

    When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

    The ability for anyone to end a booking with authentication. Currently cloud only allows the person that made the booking to end a booking at the sign. If that person does not show up and auto bump is not turned on then the reservation can not be ended unless you get the reservation team involved.

  11. Set Default Country and Region on Multi-Office Bookings

    When selecting other rooms for multi-office bookings, you need to manually select the country and region. It would make it more usable if these could be set as a default either on a user or other basis.

  12. outlook select multiple buildings

    When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.

  16. Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date

    Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
    Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date.     I have looked for the last 30 mins to cancel a room. Please make it easy and put Room Cancellation as part of the drop down list on the left of the screen.

  19. smart calendar should detect the administrator access of the organizer

    You should detect Managed meeting spaces in Smart Calendar and if a user has administraotr access.
    Use Case : I have set up to 24 hours the time to validate a meeting so the moderators have one day to approve a request. But as a moderator, he can book the room the same day.
    As Smart Calendar doesn't detect his admin level access, the moderator can't book the room the same day.

  20. Delegate Services confirmation

    Currently only the Outlook Calendar owner receives a services confirmation email. However the delegate receives all other emails to complete a booking but not the vital email to say a room is booked and catering services charges. Delegate CC'd is all that is required.
