Possibility for admins to edit booking created in Outlook Add-In
We miss the possibility for admins to edit details of a booking users have created with the M365 Outlook Add-In. At the moment, only the booking user is able to make changes.

Allow Booking Exceptions For Exchange Room Policy BookingWindowInDays
Allow users to use either the Condeco Web Portal or Add-In to submit exceptions to bypass the Exchange room property BookingWindowInDays. In Exchange, users who are listed under RequestOutOfPolicy can submit exceptions. Can we do the same in Condeco?

Improved Cost Code selection and validation on Booking Form
The Cost Codes in Meta Admin should be able to be searched by both Code and Description and validated on the booking form when services with a cost value > $0 are added to the booking. The two current options of (1) only required, with no validation or (2) every booking needs a validated cost code are insufficient functionality.

Create and auto-send meeting space notifications to users
Ability to Create Auto-Notifications Sent to Operations Teams and Users: the lack of notifications in Condeco is causing major issues: Building services team are not receiving requests for extension cords, etc; Users are not receiving alerts on upcoming catering, setup and other deadlines for their reservations. This is causing an absurd amount of unnecessary work for all service departments involved chasing meeting requestors down to obtain the information, many times unsuccessfully due to lack of response from meeting holders.

Be able to reactivate/reinstate canceled meeting room reservations
Canceled Reservations: When a user misses the timeframe to start a meeting or “check in”, the reservation is canceled. The administrators of Condeco (Joe and team, Joy and team) should be able to open the canceled reservation and reactivate it. As it stands, the canceled reservation can be found under “Find Bookings”; however, it cannot be reinstated or made live again.

Linked rooms as their own unique rooms
Linked Rooms: create separate combined rooms (ie. Dayton AB, etc) with their own capacities/setup for users to book the right space for their group. And, for the conference center team to properly set up the combination room and provide correct catering. The current linked rooms can be reserved; however, the number of attendees and setup do not show for the combined rooms. It only shows these for the individual rooms being “linked”. This affects our conference center operations for setup, staffing, catering and other operational functions.

Meeting Room Reservation - Mandatory Field
Mandatory Fields When Reserving a Room: It is critical to our conference center operations that the number of attendees AND setup are required fields when booking a conference center meeting room. These two fields should be blank forcing the requestor to enter a value, instead of being pre-populated with a “1”.

Room Booking UI - Default zoom level - Allow user preferred zoom level to be saved
The default zoom level within the Room Booking UI, can sometimes be too small for users who are vision impaired.
This is especially apparent when using high resolution screens on smaller devices.
Although ctrl + scroll is an ok work around to zoom in and out, the user has to continually do this for each subsequent booking, as the zoom state is not remembered.
Allowing the zoom level to be stored as a user preference would be nice to see and helpful for users who serve as a PA, who need to process multiple bookings.

Advanced grid to have Mon-Fri view
We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

Booking form improvements
- Ability to make recurrent bookings on weeks 1,3&5 or 2&4 (we currently have to manually select the dates for this)
- More detail in booking summary, specifically who has rejected a booking and the reason they entered for this
- Protected 'notes' section for those managing bookings (we have a 2 step approval process and currently have to use the booking form notes section, to document approval related comments)

Currently the user only sees one meeting space although several meeting spaces are booked via linked meeting space

Show End Date in Your Bookings
In Your Bookings I can see the Start Date, Start Time and End Time.
When the booking is set also for the next day, the specification of End Time without End Date leads to misunderstandings.

Parameters 'Booking Type' and Cost code to be supported on other platforms (Mobile app and Smart Calendar)
We currently don't have ability to use the same parameters on other platforms like mobile app and Smart Calendar which are currently being used on web application.
We would like a consistent user experience and mandatory parameters when users booking a room in the web application are not available when booking a room from Smart Calendar or Mobile app.

Release rooms that have been booked and are not being used
Can you set up the Group Administration Check in and Bump settings to require users to check in and then to release the booking if they have not checked in after 10 minutes. There are lots of rooms that remain unavailable for booking all day which are actually empty

Cancel after 15mins if not checked in, as before.
Why don't you go bad to cancelling the room bookings after 15mins if not checked in? This would free up rooms

Currently, any changes to a floor map require resizing the map so that it can be uploaded to replace the outdated map in Condeco. The upload requires that all resources be reassociated with the new map. This is a laborious and manual process. If the maps were adjusted based on the size of the old map, a reassociation would not be necessary.
