    EMEETINGS DOES NOT WORK SUCCESSFULLY! My room booked and confirmed booked has been dbl booked and continues to show as an available room on the book a mtg space page. for the same time period.

  6. Booking for someone else

    I'm trying to book on behalf of someone else - Internal, and their name in the tool. Once it select "search" error comes up saying the person doesn't have permission to book - but he does! Is there a "help desk" for this trial?

  7. Attendee names should appear on catering vendor dashboard report

    We would find it very helpful if the attendee names appeared on the catering vendor dashboard report, along with whether they internal/external visitors, what company, and their e-mail.

  8. 'Visitors | Home' screen should show 'Advanced' visitor form

    Our reception team would like the 'Visitors | Home' screen to show the 'Advanced' visitor form. The simpler form that is there does not have enough useful fields for what we need to collect of visitors. Many of the fields that we need are on the 'Advanced' form.

  10. Type of visitor entered on visitor form not properly proliferating to attendee type on meeting form

    PROBLEM TO SOLVE - When a visitor request is made through the 'Advanced' form, and the 'Purpose of Visit' = 'Internal', and the visitor is attributed to a meeting, the visitor is correctly added to the meeting as an attendee, but is incorrectly marked as an 'External' attendee on the meeting request form. It should inherit the 'Purpose of Visit' value (or at least the pass type) from the visitor form.

    Can you make block bookings available? Annoying if I have to make 3 individual bookings when I want to be in the office on 3 consecutive days.

  14. Booking beyond the current month

    Currently it appears you can only book a desk in the current month. This can cause problems if you're trying to book a desk for the early part of next month e.g. 1st or 2nd and it's already the latter part of the current month e.g. 28th.

    It would be better if the date range was a rolling 30 days, or the particular month could be selected.

  16. Is there a way to request additional IT equipment when reserving a workspace?

    A lot of visitors want additional equipment in addition to what is already provided at the workspace. Would like workflow to initiate that request and notify local IT while reserving the workspace.

  17. Default view - personal over meeting space

    Personal space should be above meeting spaces in the main page so it defaults to the view. I would also like to see being able to set which default shows first The booking grid is the clearest for me to see.

  18. Availability

    Currently if a user wants to identify desk availability they have to select the individual room, select the slots they want and then hope they're available.

    If anything selected is unavailable, all the slots are marked as unavailable i.e. if I want to book out Monday - Friday and only Tuesday PM is unavailable, the system simply says there's no availability. The same happens if I've selected a specific Attribute, e.g. a computer dock. The entire room may be available but will list as unavailable because the user has selected they want a dock.

  20. next working day shall always be available for booking

    Hi,
    Please make sure, that a desk can be booked from friday to monday. Or, more generally: at the last working day before weekend/public holidays it shall be possible to book a desk for the first working after weekend/public holiday. You cannot expect that people log in during their spare time (I mean sunday evening I don't want to think about job topics ;-))
