Block booking (for more than 1 day)
Can you make block bookings available? Annoying if I have to make 3 individual bookings when I want to be in the office on 3 consecutive days.

Booking beyond the current month
Currently it appears you can only book a desk in the current month. This can cause problems if you're trying to book a desk for the early part of next month e.g. 1st or 2nd and it's already the latter part of the current month e.g. 28th.
It would be better if the date range was a rolling 30 days, or the particular month could be selected.

Is it possible to see all people on a specific floor on a specific day?

Is there a way to request additional IT equipment when reserving a workspace?
A lot of visitors want additional equipment in addition to what is already provided at the workspace. Would like workflow to initiate that request and notify local IT while reserving the workspace.

Default view - personal over meeting space
Personal space should be above meeting spaces in the main page so it defaults to the view. I would also like to see being able to set which default shows first The booking grid is the clearest for me to see.

Availability
Currently if a user wants to identify desk availability they have to select the individual room, select the slots they want and then hope they're available.
If anything selected is unavailable, all the slots are marked as unavailable i.e. if I want to book out Monday - Friday and only Tuesday PM is unavailable, the system simply says there's no availability. The same happens if I've selected a specific Attribute, e.g. a computer dock. The entire room may be available but will list as unavailable because the user has selected they want a dock.

next working day shall always be available for booking
Hi,
Please make sure, that a desk can be booked from friday to monday. Or, more generally: at the last working day before weekend/public holidays it shall be possible to book a desk for the first working after weekend/public holiday. You cannot expect that people log in during their spare time (I mean sunday evening I don't want to think about job topics ;-))

Smart Calender Can't forward to Condeco meeting rooms.
Smart Calendar does not allow the forwarding of an existing meeting to a condeco room on behalf of the organizer, internal or external. Not being able to do this impacts on the ability of our colleagues to use our condeco meeting rooms to host hybrid meetings where for example the boardroom is used to host a Teams or Zoom meeting created by an external meeting organiser.

Calendar View and Teams Integration
A calendar view option of the days you have booked a desk would be very useful for visualising when you are meant to be in the office rather than a list of dates.
Integration with outlook/teams so that you can more easily show what days you are due in office would be useful. Currently we are having to add them manually. Even if this could be done like Eventbrite with invite links to placeholder sessions.

On services, default to '.... (All items)' if no sub-categories exist
I originally submitted question ENSD-55996 about this, to which Condeco suggested to submit a user voice.
We have no sub-categories listed for equipment and supplies, so the only option in the first field on equipment and supplies is to choose 'Equipment (All items)' or 'Supplies (All items)'. Is there a way for the system to default it to that if there are no sub-categories? Alternatively, can it always default to the '...(All items)' option, even if there are sub-categories?

Marshalling a Group into proximity
If going to work in an office is touted as being "good for collaboration", then surely it is better for the persons in one particular group to work at desks close to each other. This has been normal practice to date, pre-COVID.
How can Condeco help marshal persons in any one particular group into a set of desks close to each other?1 vote -

The cancellation link shared in the booking confirmation email sent when a user books a room via OWA (RF) should be make clickable
- A User books a Meeting Room via Room Finder from OWA
- The User receives a Booking confirmation email from Condeco
- At the bottom of the booking confirmation email, there is a cancellation link
- This Cancellation link is deep-linked and the user simply has to click on the link which opens up Condeco Web Application and click on Cancel button which cancels the booking
- However when a User books a room via OWA (RF), the booking confirmation email that the user receives has the cancellation link, but its not clickable/deep-linked
- The user has to manually copy the entire URL, paste it…

Specify 2 screens places with the legend
We could use the legend "meets workspace attributes" for the 2 screens places.
So it wouls meen that
- it's possible to book this place
BUT
- it's nice to book another place if possible, because DAO/CAD members work better, faster (stronger) with 2 screens than with 1 screen(and we often see people booking 2 screens places but being away all day (meeting etc) or using only their laptop >> this could be done more intelligently)

Make booking ahead on desk & Parking calendar the same
Please can the desk calendar go ahead the same number of weeks as the parking bay calendar so that you can log in and book both at the same time? Would save time!

When adding a meeting from the smart calendar addin the cost code should be imported into the meeting.
If adding a meeting from the web interface the cost code is imported into the meeting already, it is not if the meeting is created with the smart calendar plugin.
All of our users book using smart calendar, we need this to be able to offering catering services effectively.
Plus as the data is in condeco already this really should be a very simple fix, I'm astonished that I have to request it to be honest.

Incorrect Booking Confirmation Email
I made a booking for a desk in Canary Wharf however the email received as below is incorrect. The desk number is correct but the building name is stating10PSQ:

Booking Confirmation email should include a vCalender file to add the booking into the calender easily.

Check in the next day
Is it possible to be able to check in after the event, i.e. where you forget on a Tuesday to check in and want to update the system on the Wednesday?
