  1. Quickly switch floors

    In the "Your bookings" section, when displaying the floor plan, there should be an option to change floor and quickly see the attendance on other floors.
    This is actually doable by copy/pasting the URL displayed on hovering "Ground floor" and changing the floorID parameter, but that's definitely not convenient.

  3. Room Booking Confirmation - Emails

    Would be good if Service items where listed in a chronologic order by time. When amending and booking and adding a new service item the new item is then just added to the bottom of the list. Users like to see a chronological by time list so it is easier for them to check.

    Hallo, nicht alle Kollegen benutzen Ihr Kontingent an Tagen im Büro. Wäre es denkbar eine Plattform zu haben wo man seine Tage anderen zu Verfügung stellen könnte die gerne mehr ins Büro kommen würden?

  5. Booking for others

    I am able to book desks for others however if I book for myself on any given day I cannot choose that day to make another booking for others, so have to book all others before I book myself. Please correct this restriction.

  7. Ability to customize columns in Your Bookings so you can see the room name

    In Meeting Spaces- Your Bookings the room name isn't visible for the listed bookings because the 'Location' is made up of the location, room name and floor and the column isn't wide enough to display everything. We realise you can hover the mouse above the location name to get the full details but to get an 'at a glance' view of the rooms booked it would be useful to see the room name either by adjusting the columns widths or allowing users to customize which fields they see.

  9. Calendar/Outlook Add-in

    There is a lot of wasted space under 'Desk Booking' - this could be utilised with a biweekly calendar populated with 2 colours (remote/in office); personally I prefer the visual aspect so would prefer this with the option to select and book rather than selecting the date which I don't usually know off by heart. There could also be an outlook add-in which automatically populates the calendar with an 'all day' event or 'London Desk Booking' which is what I would do manually anyway

  10. Exclude attendees who decline meetings via Outlook

    Currently due to the nature of Outlook and Exchange Sync to Condeco anyone invited to a meeting is included as an attendee even if they decline the meeting.
    The impact of this is that they will also appear in Contact Tracing as attendees. It would be helpful to find a way to exclude those who decline meetings.

    Great idea. With our new Smart Calendar integration using Microsoft Graph API this is possible in theory, so something we might look at going forward along with suggesting a more suitable room if the number of on-site participants has changed.

  11. Full booking history export

    It would be useful to see a history of my desk bookings, to determine WFH days for tax purposes.

  12. repetitive booking

    I would like to book a desk for at least a 2 week period without the desk being released. Having to check the booking every day is a waste of time.

  13. Count

    It would be great if we could see a count of how many people have booked a desk per floor. Especially because we are scaling up our RtO by x% at a time, its nice to have a total number so I don't have to count to see how much capacity there is.

  14. Ability to delete booking

    I am unable to delete my booking. When I try to delete it, the screen will just refresh without deleting the booking. It would be great if the booking could be easily edited or deleted.

  17. Bug in drop down booking car park

    There's a bug when booking car park space.
    If booking car space for different days, on the 1st booking select Reading - Car Park, Floor 0. Clicked on booked, then the system default the floor value to "1st Floor(1)" and there's no other value to select in the drop down list.
    I had to change the location back to Reading office and Reading Car Park to get Floor 0 value back in the drop down list

  18. 1 product is for X participants

    Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
    Example:
    1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
    11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.

    A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted
    (1 product is for X participants)

  19. quantity of the product and the number of participants

    When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
    If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
    We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
    Example:
    5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes
