It would be useful to see a history of my desk bookings, to determine WFH days for tax purposes.

repetitive booking
I would like to book a desk for at least a 2 week period without the desk being released. Having to check the booking every day is a waste of time.

Count
It would be great if we could see a count of how many people have booked a desk per floor. Especially because we are scaling up our RtO by x% at a time, its nice to have a total number so I don't have to count to see how much capacity there is.

Ability to delete booking
I am unable to delete my booking. When I try to delete it, the screen will just refresh without deleting the booking. It would be great if the booking could be easily edited or deleted.

Booking Desk on behalf of colleague/ visitor
Can users be given Book Desk on behalf of a colleague or a visitor to floor who requires to be working for the day, if permitting please advise

Automatically send a calendar note that says where you are working for the day and the desk you have booked.

Bug in drop down booking car park
There's a bug when booking car park space.
If booking car space for different days, on the 1st booking select Reading - Car Park, Floor 0. Clicked on booked, then the system default the floor value to "1st Floor(1)" and there's no other value to select in the drop down list.
I had to change the location back to Reading office and Reading Car Park to get Floor 0 value back in the drop down list1 vote -
1 product is for X participants
Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
Example:
1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted

When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
Example:
5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

Find ALL of my colleague's bookings
When looking for a colleague, it would be good if I could type their name and see all of their bookings by date.

Date visible and drop-down
When I’m looking at the floor plan it would be good to see the date at the top of the screen. Even better if the date was a drop-down, so I could quickly jump to a different date.

Historical Lookup
Add a historical search. If someone leaves something behind, like a charger, it would be nice to know who to return it to.

Can Condeco be used to manage/control access to the canteen?

Smart recurring - Mix and match rooms
Smart recurrences currently only give available alternative room for the entire series or nothing at all and does not mix and match if for instance, 8-9 meetings in the series of your chosen room is available.
This functionality already works using the Condeco browser app, where an alternative room can be added with your room of choice, and one or instance in the series isn't available.
Instead, the app should provide an alternative room to fill the gap for the 1 instance in the series that your chosen room cannot be met. e.g. 8 meeting in room A and 1…

quick repeat
have a quick access to renewing the same desk for another date (if desk is available of course - need an error message in case it's already taken)

additional check in option
We need an option that allows us to indicate that we have attempted to "Check In" but haven't been able to because somebody else has incorrectly used the booked desk!
