    If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

  8. Enable Admins to Restrict Booking Time by Group

    Enable admins to set restrictions on booking times for groups. For example, for a group "Huddle Rooms" enable admins to restrict users to booking for 4 hours or less. Include a second option to only enable users to book the huddle room once per day.

  9. Assigning Adjacencies Improvements

    Adjacencies:
    -Enable searching for desk numbers in the fly out.
    -Sort the desk numbers alphanumerically
    -Allow users to type in the desk numbers
    -Provide an option for users to select adjacencies from a floor plan. For example, show the location of the desk on a floor plan and allow users to select neighboring desks by clicking on the neighboring desks.

  11. Add possibility to disable showing of private meetings in wayfinder

    Please add the possibilityto disable the displaying of meetings that are private on the wayfinder. Due to the fact that wayfinder is in most cases placed on a central position and used by guests it would be nicer, if those private meetings could be disabled. Private meetings are not interesting for guests, so they should not be visible on wayfinder

  12. Duplicate Desk booking warning

    During duplicate bookings user who looses get an error showing they already have a booking, it would be better to inform user that desk has already been booked by another user instead.

    It would be great if managed room requests could be placed in New and New&Updated statuses like in blind managed rooms.

    Right now the statuses displayed for requests are Rejected, Pending, Confirmed and understanding new request and requests that have been updated would help the team manage the rooms better.

  18. Waitlist Queue

    We would like functionality where an individual would be able to place themselves on a waitlist queue for managed rooms.

    Today an individual can request an available room and multiple requests may be received up to the point where a request is accepted for the room at a particular time. Other requests would be placed in waitlist.

    Functionality for the user to see that they are on the waitlist and their position in the waitlist queue would be helpful.

  20. Automatic update mode for outlook addin

    to install a new version of the Outlook Addin we need to first uninstall the previous version and then push the new version because your addin doesn't install with an update mode (while all other addin on outlook works with update mode, like Zoom, Teams...).
    Could you please work on an updatable mode for this addin?
