  3. Make the bump email an editable email template

    At present, the bump email can only be changed in the back end by Condeco. If it is made into a template, then admins can change the text of the email, as well as use the template fields to include different information and indicate who it must go to.

    At present, the bump email goes to the Requestor. There's equal or more value in the bump email going to the Host too, as the Host was the one who was expected to attend the booking but never started the booking.

  7. Vendor dashboard - desk floor plan

    Vendor dashboard - cleaners. The dashboard shows a list of desks that need cleaning etc. Bearing in mind an organisation could have dozens of desks on each floor - it might be helpful for the cleaner to be able to see a floor plan showing where the desk is located, to make it easier to find.

    Please can you advise how I can ensure CV1 is the default for booking a hot desk I can select every other branch location and CV2 but not CV1 and it's not an option in my profile settings, thank you

  9. Customisable pop up message feature.

    Customisable pop up window to display messages when entering the home page. This would be useful to hightlight important messages people may miss as they dont generally take note of the plain text on the homepage would be nice to add hyperlinks too or simple editing bold to this too.

    Currently a user is only able to select a single floor at a time when doing a search from Room Finder. We would like it to display an 'all floor' option so that the user is able to easily widen their search across all floors for a location.

  14. Reduce the time taken for meetings booked through Outlook to appear on the room booking screens

    We find that our meetings take 4 minutes to appear on the room booking screens. We are booking directly from Outlook or Teams.
    I have been advised this setting is configured in Exchanged and is known as 'TTL' and it is not recommended to reduce the time in this setting. If we do, it will cause issues with meetings not behaving as they should.

    4 minutes is too long and users in that time period can walk up to the room booking screen and try to book another meeting if the organisers havent yet occupied the space. This is very…

  15. Quick room search - From date

    Quick room search: when the Group drop down is set to All Groups, and one of the Groups (we'll call it Group A) is configured to require 72 hrs' notice to book - the From date defaults to a date in 3 days' time. Can the From date always show today's date instead and the search results reflect the fact that there will be no rooms in Group A available? This will avoid the user having to search individual groups for a booking for today.

    Liebes Team, es wäre großartig, wenn bestehende Buchungen, welche bereits stattgefunden haben, noch angepasst werden können.
    In meinem Fall handelt es sich spezifisch um die Anpassung der Zeiten, damit der Report nicht extra noch einmal angepasst werden muss.

    We would have the possibility to define, at platform level, tolerance bands regarding the proportion between smartworking days/presence on site allowed for employees (e.g. maximum 50% of smartworking days, maximum 80% of presence on site) over a time interval (e.g. week, month).

    If an employee overpass the tolerance band he should receive an alert notification directly via the mobile app.
