  3. Remove default expanded 'room booking' menu

    Currently the room booking menu is expanded by default, this causes confusion when booking a desk as users often select the wrong option. It would be good if none of the menus are expanded by default for better user experience.

  4. Wrong Time Zome When Getting Bumped

    Hello. The current day e-mail reminder for my booking says it will be dumped at 9:30. That must mean Eastern Time because my booking got bumped a few minutes later at 8:30 Central Time. I selected my office location as St. Louis which should trigger Central Time for everything, including the time my booking gets dumped. Thanks for looking into this.

  6. Adjust position of 'key' on floorplan

    On the floor plans there is a small 'key' at the bottom, can I suggest this is moveable so it can be repositioned somewhere else. This is currently blocking the view of some desks on one of our floorplans. We are unable to adjust the floor plan anymore

    Hi,

    I have cancelled all bookings as we are not in the office but still receive weekly emails to inform me that I did not start the meeting?
    Can you please switch these emails off?

    Ist es möglich einen festen Tag in der Woche automatisch zu buchen. Dh ich gebe an, an welchem Tag ich regelmäßig wöchentlich im Büro bin. Buchung eines Arbeitsplatzes als Serie.

  13. Ability to delete attendees from the room booking when added through the Outlook Add-in

    Suggest to add the "bin " / deleting attendee icon when booking through the outlook add in. Would be really helpful to be able to quickly delete attendees when booking through outlook only on the booking form but not in my outlook invite.

  15. delete the notification email when a meeting is not confirm

    When a meeting is declined or auto-Bump, there is a notification send to all the participants. We want to send it just for the organiser and not for the participant. Otherwise this can be confusing.

  16. See colleagues from other functional groups in grid

    I really enjoy the booking grid, mainly to see who is in on what day.
    It would be great to be able to see (view) the bookings of colleagues in other functional groups. Now you can search for a specific colleague, but it would be nice to just see who is in the office on a certain day.

  17. Changing Color to Black or Darker Color for Check Mark in Booking Grid

    The color of the check mark on the booking grid when you are trying to check in needs to be changed to another darker color, because as of now it is very easy to miss across a light background
