    I would like to be able to move a primary room in a multi room booking to another room. I would like to do this whether this is a Video Conference meeting or not.

  2. Email confirmations only show original Booking ID but not all recurring dates

    Currently in email confirmations for recurring bookings it only displays the original Booking ID but does include all recurring dates.

    As each booking has its own Booking ID it would be nice to include it next to each date of the recurring date.

  3. Ability to add attachments to room booking

    We would like to be able to add a document as an attachment to a room booking.

    ,This document may contain information about the meeting or people that will be attending the meeting, etc.. We would want to be able to view the document online and be able to print out as well.

  4. Conflicting recurring meetings should suggest alternatives based on number of attendees

    When a recurring meeting has a conflict, the application should recommend rooms based on the number of attendees to optimise room utilisation.

    Currently, it suggests conference rooms that have either the same or more room capacity.

    Example:

    I want to create a weekly meeting in the Philadelphia office in Conference Room A (that has the capacity set to 15) and in one of the weekly occurrences, I have a conflict because someone has Conference Room A already booked.

    There are 10 people set as attendees in the booking.

    Currently, I am only shown alternative rooms that can hold 15 or…

  5. Delete a series when meetings have been bumped X number of times

    The auto-bump feature is great for individual no-shows. Can you extend that function that if the booking is part of a series and x sequential meetings are bumped, the entire series is removed.

    Use case: User books recurring meeting for a couple of months. User is then terminated or leaves, but nobody else is associated with the bookings. This can now only be deleted by an admin on request. If the meeting is no longer valid and say 3 in a row are missed, cancel the remainder of the series.

  6. Edited recurring bookings to be completely removed from the original series

    The problem is that when you change an instance of a recurring booking they still kind of linked to the original series.

    A recurring booking that has been edited by the instant booking should completely be removed from the series and act like any other booking that has not been created in a series once edited by this instance.

    The individual change should sit in the "My bookings" completely separate (not in the series part of my bookings like it does at the moment )

  7. System to hold room bookings to for a set period of time

    When a user is trying to book a room, another user is able to "steal" the room if they complete their booking quicker. Once a booking is in the process of being made, another user should not be able to make a booking in the same room if the times overlapped. Similar to online ticket websites that hold tickets for a set period of time (usually 10 minutes) to allow you time to complete the transaction.   8. System to ignore setup and clean down times when calculating room availability

    Use case : a user makes a room booking for a date without catering.

    A few days before the meeting, he decides to add catering (eg meal trays). Unfortunately, if these services have setup and clean-down times, the system tries to set them up, but if in the meantime the slots before and after are busy (which is often the case), the system displays an incomprehensible error message saying that the room is not available.

    To solve this problem ideally the setup and cleandown times should be applied within the booking schedule, and not outside. Because it is more logical…

  9. Booking Summary: Make it easier for admin/users to see what has been amended

    Provider better information within the booking summary.

    Under each update within the summary, provide information as to what has been amended during this update.

    The booking summary form should show if an action was done through the web portal or the Outlook add-in. This would help us troubleshoot issues related to the Outlook add in

    Overall it makes it much clearer for an admin to understand what has been added when, and whether we were aware of certain requirements before the most recent booking update.

  10. Ability to update meeting title and add attendees when no change is being made to food/service items

    We are having this issue only when changes have been made to a booking with food/service items attached to it that are within the food/service item notice period. The validation of food/service item is triggering even though no changes have been made to food/service items

    Our users are also seeing an irrelevant error message (an error message about food/service item) when they change they are making is to the meeting title or attendees

  12. Ability to delete all cost codes and start fresh

    There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

  13. Ability to delete fields on the dashboard that we do not need

    There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  14. A hidden note tab for admin that they could use to add notes about the booking without everyday users seeing it

    It would be great if we could add a notes tab into Condeco.

    We currently have a Notes tab in our current system, that allows us to record alot of information regarding the booking, that we do not want the requestor to see, i.e invoicing details, when the booking was made, by which method, changes or anything that happend to to the meeting on the day.

    We find this tab extremely useful to store adhoc information.

  15. Meeting Notifications - Wording for the 5 minute reminder

    Condeco release notes:
    "We've added a new option to the meeting reminder on the booking form. You'll now be able to select 'just before meeting start' to get a reminder about 5 minutes before your meeting starts."

    This is a good idea however it would make more sense if the wording was "5 minutes before meeting start".
    Our End Users like everything very clear and concise.

  16. Location Display - Ability to change.

    I'd like the ability to change the display in Outlook as they are not currently configurable in Condeco.

    This will provide a better user experience so locations are visible when they look on mobiles or details views in outlook.

    For example,
    <<(1st line of address), (location, ie. Sydney) - Floor - MR xx.xx>> should ideally be displayed as
    <<(shortened location, i.e SYD) - MR xx.xx - (1st line of address)>.

    Can it be changed so we have the ability to change this display text.

  18. Change the warning icon when booking has succeeded

    It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.

    Room Booking confirmation/notification to be sent as HTML or Rich Text format to make it look more professional.

    We want to add company logo and formatted text to emphasize important information.

    We want to include important web links such as office location.

  20. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees

    Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.
