Move a Primary Room in a Multi Room Booking
I would like to be able to move a primary room in a multi room booking to another room. I would like to do this whether this is a Video Conference meeting or not.

Language customization needs to be enabled for the title of Private Bookings when displayed on Wayfinder or Room Booking Grid.
Currently, the title for private bookings - "Private Meeting", displayed on Wayfinder screen or Room Booking grid shows as it is even for languages other than English. The functionality works well for hiding the title of any private meeting/booking and masking it as "Private Meeting" but for languages other than English, there is no translation for the masked title. The title comes as "Private Meeting" even for languages like Spanish, German or French.
This customization needs to be taken care of and should be implemented for all languages.

Variable 'Booking - Last Updated By' in Email Template
- What area is the Request for (I.e. Visitor Management, Booking Form, Outlook Add-in)? Room Booking and Email Templates

Room Booking: Ability to search for hosts based on department
Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.
At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar"
Ability to disable the checkbox for "Add to your Outlook Calendar" from the Condeco web portal.
Our user base is used to sending the invite from Outlook and inviting the room in that invite. When another invite gets sent from Condeco, it causes issues with the Teams equipment in the room with the two conflicting.

Have the ability to 'untick' by default to all users not just admins
There should be a option to enable the 'untick' button to sync to calendar for all users not just administrators. Staff are forgetting to untick this option, and we have had several issues with bookings being accidentally cancelled. In a most recent staff survey, we had over 150 requests to have this functionality removed.

autopopulate booking form
Can the booking form autopopulate with info the user has previously inputted like email, 2nd contact phone number and cost code. This will make it quicker to place bookings as for most teams it will always be the same info.

Request for Meeting Reminder Email for Booking Creator
We would like to request that the creator of a booking also receives a meetig reminder email. Currently, only the host and the requestor are receiving reminder email, but the person who creates the booking does not receive one.

Uncheck 'Add to calendar' for admins
The new option to integrate with Office 365 is welcome. However, we would like the ability to control whether that integration is checked or not. We have schedulers who create meetings for other people and if they forget to uncheck the box, the meeting ends up in their calendar. it would be nice to control this at a system or even user level.

Issue Reporting via Room Screen
It would be very helpful to be able to report an issue in the meeting room equipment via the display.
Possibly using free text or a stored form that is displayed on the screen.
It may be possible to group the topics so that different people are contacted depending on the defect.
In the background, one or more contact e-mail addresses can be stored individually for each meeting room.

Add technology (MTR) Plus the room simultaneously via the web
when booking via the web we should be able to also automatically include the technology. it works in outlook as well as the mobile app. it would make sense that when booking via the web it would invite the MTR especially since the MTR email address is added in the resource which is ON the web

Choose a single appointment with Condeco Outlook Add-In from a recurring meeting without an end date
Some people in the company have arranged regular recurring Teams meetings to exchange information via Outlook 365 without an end date so that they don't have to keep extending this series.
Sometimes, however, people want to meet in person at the company and book a suitable room via the Condeco Outlook add-in. They take ONE appointment out of the series and want to search for a suitable room. However, an error message appears in the Condeco Outlook Add window indicating an appointment without an end date. When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar
When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.
I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application
When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

Meeting Room Reservation - Mandatory Field
Mandatory Fields When Reserving a Room: It is critical to our conference center operations that the number of attendees AND setup are required fields when booking a conference center meeting room. These two fields should be blank forcing the requestor to enter a value, instead of being pre-populated with a “1”.

Advanced grid to have Mon-Fri view
We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

Parameters 'Booking Type' and Cost code to be supported on other platforms (Mobile app and Smart Calendar)
We currently don't have ability to use the same parameters on other platforms like mobile app and Smart Calendar which are currently being used on web application.
We would like a consistent user experience and mandatory parameters when users booking a room in the web application are not available when booking a room from Smart Calendar or Mobile app.

Move 'Add services to my booking' button up to the beginning of the Outlook Message.
We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering…
