    When booking from condeco web, the video equipment does not get invited to the meeting, however works via the condeco smart calendar.

    I know this is by design but we would like the email that's populated on the resource via the External calendar mailbox field to be triggered via condeco web, like it is via the smart calendar.

  2. Adding Teams into Meeting invite using web application

    When booking meetings through Condeco’s website, we are not able to add a link to a teams meeting. This does not happen when using the Outlook add-on, but it would be extremely helpful to have the option of adding the link when booking rooms directly on the web app.

  3. Advanced grid to have Mon-Fri view

    We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

  4. Parameters 'Booking Type' and Cost code to be supported on other platforms (Mobile app and Smart Calendar)

    We currently don't have ability to use the same parameters on other platforms like mobile app and Smart Calendar which are currently being used on web application.

    We would like a consistent user experience and mandatory parameters when users booking a room in the web application are not available when booking a room from Smart Calendar or Mobile app.

  5. Move 'Add services to my booking' button up to the beginning of the Outlook Message.

    We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering…

  7. Ability to Book Linked Meeting Spaces through Outlook Plugin

    Currently you cannot book linked meeting spaces through Outlook. This seems like a big miss from Condeco which makes users book one way for a certain set of rooms then have to go to the web for linked ones. Bad user experience. Please fix this Condeco!

    Although I have saved translations for attributes in german in the resource form editor, the attributes are only displayed in English. A translation would be helpful for the german users.

    When new employees are synchronised into the Condeco system, the Default Meeting Reminder in the profile of the new users should be set to a certain value automatically. This value should be able to be set via the general settings.

    Please add the possibility to send notifications to vendors only if the service options for the meeting were changed. Currently, it is only possible either to send a notification to every attendee and to the vendor or not to send it at all.

    Bookings created as delegate should also be visible and customizable in the booking overview of the delegate person. We have a lot of people who are assistants who create appointments for their supervisors and also have to adjust or check them afterwards. Therefore all bookings (also those as delegate) should be found in the overview of the delegate person.

  13. Change a booked desk rather than having to cancel and re-book

    As a user I would like to be able to change my booked desk reservation easily rather than having to delete and then re-book in multiple steps.
    I would also like to be able to do this from an admin capacity (eg to easily move a desk allocation for a new-starter or other user).
    eg:
    1. select a booking
    2. select "change desk"
    3. pick a new desk from list of available options
    4. done

    When the box “Send Direction Email” is not checked off by a host, the visitor does not get a visit confirmation email at all which means they do not complete the Visitor Registration Form. Can we please keep the box checked by default?

  18. Notification when a catering item is added to booking

    Hi, we have colleagues whom manage particular aspects of a booking and catering is one item that has to be checked via system reports, in this case we have created a custom report. It would be great if a nominated admin user/s were auto-notified when a catering item is added to a room booking. The addition of the catering auto-notification would be an excellent process improvement in that weekly reports and the system would not have checked on a regular basis.     Current behaviour:

    If you book a personal space for AM+PM, only for AM or only for PM then you will receive a booking confirmation via eMail and the attached Outlook calendar invitation is set to 08:00 to 08:30 (user time zone).

    Is it possible to make it different for PM bookings: If you book a personal space only for PM then you should receive a booking confirmation via eMail and the attached Outlook calendar invitation should be set to 12:00 to 12:30 (user time zone).
