Option for specific time slot
I have seen there is no option to book specific time ex: first half ,second half or specific time period (custom timings)
becuase some times we wont required the desk whole day.Please consider this point .

es würde besser sein, wenn man für eine Woche komplett buchen kann. Damit eine Chance besteht, seinen Arbeitsalltag für die Woche festzumachen. Und nicht ein Tag im Voraus. Bei uns in der Fachgruppe wurde das auch sehr bemängelt, dann können Sie Kollegen Ihre Termine besser abstimmen nach Außen und mit den Kollegen. So stellt sich das als sehr schwierig da.2 votes -
Block booking desks
The ability to allow desks to be allocated as per the agreed days in the office. This would be fixed desks inline with the already identified collaborations required in the group. This will reduce individual admin. The only admin required will be to manage holidays and any other exceptional days when we are not needing a desk.

Enlarge the "Group" box in Book a Personal Space
In the book personal space section, the "Group" box is too small - you can't see the full team names which makes it really difficult when you're searching for your correct team. Can the box be made bigger? Thanks!

Desk booking group search
Ability to create a list of colleagues so that the system could suggest the nearest desk to the majority of the team. Could be useful for days when most/all colleagues want to be in the office together for specific events.

Request "in progress" indicator
Would this be a possibility:
Where in the list of requests where it says view, review, grid, reject, could an extra box/option be added which could indicate another team member is working on that request. I could be titled "in progress"

Determining of recurring meeting violates group settings
When using the Condeco Outlook Add-In, the Add-In does not determine if a recurring meeting violates the booking rules set on the group. As a result, users are able to book a room with a recurring meeting that cannot be fulfilled by the enterprise application. The user then receives an email after the booking has been created to indicate that the room could not be reserved.

Filter on find a collegue
Can you add a filter option to find a collegue to return ssearch results for only those staff that have checked in on that day. Ie If we need to find a First Aid Officer who is in the office on that day

why is there date on today page
Why oh why does it let me type in a date to search for on the 'today' page and then say there are no desks available.
It is by no mean easy to spot the thing that say 'close today page' - why would I even suspect that is the problem when it's letting me enter a date?

Desk Number Allocation
Hey, It would be brilliant if you're forcing us to Use a desk numbering system, to have the desk Numbers also appear in the Office Space Map so we know where each desk is.

Hourly booking repeat bookings for rooms
Is or can there be an option to have repeat booking hourly? Our PAs book hourly for our chiefs and then release when not required, but have to make 8x1 hour bookings and repeat would could down this process. They could then just delete the individual booking if it wasn't required for that hour.

Meeting spaces - Advanced grid
On the new created grid, is t possible to add weekly or monthly view? Also, is it possible to add just specific rooms ie 1 or 2 rooms on 20F and 1 or 2 rooms on 22F?

Names to be added by admin user IE: reception and office managers
Desks numbers not to be covered by coloured dots maybe highlight the desk in a light color if already booked.

Microsoft Teams Integration - notice to book Teams rooms in Teams
Text to be included for Teams Rooms:
This room needs to be booked via Teams or Outlook to ensure that the room will be fully functional. There is no need to book via Condeco. The room can be found using: 'Teams room' in Outlook or TeamsWhy: Teams need to be booked to ensure the 'Teams platform' is included and the room compute becomes part of the meeting. This is something we don't want to trouble our end users with hence this needs to be 1 step booking to avoid the failing of Skype Room Systems.

Allow Global admins to delete any booking, past or present or future. Currently you cannot delete a booking in the past.
