Total sum of costs of booked catering items in catering tab of the booking form
Display of total costs (sum) for users in the catering booking mask is not available. There is no total line of all costs (only per item) and the customer has no overview of the total amount of the ordered catering items. This leads to a lack of transparency for the customer.

Add ability to mark a visitor as 'Processed' by Reception Team
When visitors are added to Condeco, our Reception Team needs to perform certain activities days before the visitor arrives (e.g. obtain attestation from visitor, send to building security, etc). We simply want a way to mark a visitor as 'Processed' i.e. all activities are complete, so we can distinguish which visitors are complete vs. still need action.

Notify Reception when visitor is added who DOES NOT need a conference room
We would like to see a feature where the Reception Team is notified when a visitor is added into Condeco by a host/requestor who DOES NOT need a conference room

Report scheduler
Most of the tools have the option to schedule reports to be generated and delivered over email periodically. I dont see the functionality in Condeco. It will be a nice feature to have.

easier repeat bookings
allow to book a repeat meeting in a specific room, and show when the room is unavailable. this way specific dates can be excluded from the series, rather than having to book each day separately

Simplify process of selecting additional workspaces and connections
The current method of editing 7 fields for each additional location is time-consuming and should be simplified. Our old system just showed all check boxes for each location (regardless of country) and folks just easily checked the participating locations, plus the number attending for each location was entered. Was very quick and simple. Rooms were assigned later. Our users don't want to pick rooms for other offices. The concierge does that after the request was submitted.

Notes from main meeting form should be visible on Vendor Portal
We would find it very helpful if those using the Vendor Portal could see the 'Notes' on the main request form. Right now they only see notes that are attached to the specific service item.

Desk bump for car park spaces
Currently with a desk booking you can get a reminder if you have not checked into the desk. Can we have the same functionality for car parking within Room Booking?

Booking Grid
In the Personal Space Booking Grid - Suggestion to add a Filter for Opened /Closed Desks so that user need not scroll through the entire list to find out the open ones.

Condeco Add-in for Outlook Mobile APP
Currently we are encouraging all users to book via the PC Outlook application where the Condeco Add-in can be used.
It would be good if the Add-in was also added to the iOS & Android Mobile versions of the Outlook APP1 vote -
Desk Map
Skipton house desk numbers do not match the desk layout. Can this be fixed. Also I have to hot desk as someone is occupying the desk I booked. Is there a way to highlight hot desks available and people are guided to them who have arrived without booking the desk

Be able to input in advance off-work (holiday etc.) days. Dream/the sky is the limit: sync with attendance app such as MyProtime.

Give option to send or not send e-mail notifications to all user levels for every scenario
Currently in Condeco, the option to send or not send e-mail enabled notifications for a specific request is only available to location admins, and only with certain actions. We want such functionality to be opened to all user roles for all actions.

search date
When i search for a desk in the future in one location and there is none I will search in another location; so don't revert the search date to today.

Nominal changes to approved meeting should NOT set it back to 'Pending' status
Currently, if a user makes a nominal change (i.e. one that does not affect room availability, e.g. simple meeting title change), the request goes back to 'Pending' status and triggers e-mails as if it is a new request. The location admin then has to confirm it, which then triggers e-mails as if it was newly-confirmed. This is causing a lot of confusion to our users.
IDEA - The system should only change a confirmed request back to 'Pending' status if a fields that would affect a room's availability are changed. These would be:

Create Resource not attached to a location
We have 4 Telephone Conference Lines and a Dozen Zoom licenses we share across the organization. We want the ability to book these but not have it attached to a single location since these are 'virtual' rooms. I am able to create a Workspace type such as Telephone Conference Line and a Group called Telephone Conference Line.. Then I create each resouce Line 1, Line 2 etc...However, these should not need to be location specific since the lines are virtual. Same with Zoom Rooms.

Floor plan on the left menu
Have the floor plan available on the left where we can change the day/floor to see where colleagues are sitting. Much quicker than searching all the time.

Today Page not indicating user has quota spaces available.
When booking maximum is reached, if a user attempts to book from the Today page, the error message indicates no bookings available when it should say the user has reached maximum number of bookings available.
The user is stuck and will continue to look for spaces based on the current message which is a bad user experience
