Meeting room name to be visible on Your bookings
The meeting room name should be visible on the overview page (Your bookings). Should be unnecessary to open Edit to view which room you have booked.

Direct access to floor plan and easy options for alternative days within that view
Please can we have an option to go directly to the floor view for a specific date, without having to search for a colleague first, and then easy ability to change days in that view. Also please can we view all seats for the whole floor, without having to switch between teams and "overflow", as it is very frustrating to not be able to see where everyone is simultaneously.
I also raised previously a request to not default to the "Today" screen every time the application is launched. I would imagine it is extremely uncommon that people launch the application…1 vote -
Desk booking flexibility for mobile workers
Option for staff to book spaces in other locations without having to change the default settings e.g. NL based staff who travel to the UK can book a desk for few days in London without changing their NL default location on profile

Condeco is not Working
Your booking tool is not working, it shows I reached my maximum bookings.
That is not only wrong, it creates an uncertainty for my work.
I strongly ask you to fix this, as there is a danger too many people coming into the office with this tool not working.1 vote -

Would be very helpful to have a room plan / locator on a wider floor plate plan to highlight location of a room on a particular floor.

See Room Capacity for Hove B1 (its disappeared on grid view)
When you select Hove City Park - B1, you lose the ability on the grid to see how many can fit within a room.
However if you select Hove City Park - B2, you can see it...
can we turn it back on for B1?

booking different desks in a day
I have booked a hot desk for tomorrow but now need to book a quiet space for me to minute a meeting at 2pm. The system won't let me back in to look at spaces for tomorrow's date as it says i already have a personal space booked and has now greyed out this date. I was then told it grey's out if there are no spaces left available, however on looking on the floor plan i can see green dots over several desks so this cannot be the reason? How do i get around this please as i need…

Coordinate desk bookings for individuals part of a team
I would like to be able to access the floor plan with the available desks, even if I have booked a desk on the same day already. This is for managing individuals booking desks in the same area, that requires a bit of coordination

Please block the use of meeting rooms for single person use. They are being abused and we can't use them for true meetings.

Cant book parking and desk
When i book a Hove EV charging car parking space under Personal spaces, it is stopping me from booking a desk space as it says i already have a personal space booked for the day.

(Email) Notification when desks got free again for certain date
It would be nice if I can set like an notification if a desk got free for a specific date - in some cases all the desks are prebooked for a certain time bot get cancelled later on and at the moment I regularly have to check the date manually

Post reservation policies where they're easy to find.
List policies that are in effect for workspaces, offices, or the firm, for easy access by someone reserving. For instance, if I try to reserve in Chicago, I can only see a calendar a week out. Went through a lot of trouble and Help Desk time to find out that Chicago only allows a week, while other offices have longer durations. This is confusing and time consuming.

Hello Team, As as user experience journey we have seen many gaps in condeco portal which can be updated with new features to have an control on Site/Location level rather than the control on country level.
Eg:- If a email id needs to be added in booking notification for a particular site/locatoin in UK currently this only allow to save the changes on the whole group in UK region or globally but nott having any control to make the changes in Site/Location
Say we have 2 sites/location in UK region i.e 1HQ & Edinburg Park now we have to make…1 vote
