    Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

  2. Using M365 AD groups for collegue-related functions

    In M365 AD groups are being used for pretty much everything.
    Even MS Teams are essentially just AD groups.
    So, why not make more use of them for all team/collegue related functions like
    "book a desk near my collegues"
    or
    "suggesting to come to the office next Wednesday because there are already 80% of your buddies there"
    or ..
    Same for the admin side aka rules and guidelines.
    "only x% of each department are allowed to have home office on a friday"

  3. Ability to Reserve over Slot Limit with Same-Day Bookings

    A customer would like the ability to limit the amount of bookings that a user can create ahead of time. For example: 1 slot/week. (This is currently supported by the application) However the customer would like to make sure that any open space during the same day is made available to be reserved by individuals that may have reached their slot limit.

    For Example: userA reserved a desk on Monday and reached 1 slot booked for the week. They are unable to reserve a slot on Tuesday to Sunday. On Wednesday userA looks in Condeco and sees that a desk…

  6. Rerouting to Parking layout

    Rerouting to Parking layout after booking a personal space. E.g., if someone books a personal space, he should be getting a pop-up to book a parking space as well rather than going back to select the floor. This means after receiving the notification of Desk has been booked, it should ask for "Do you need to book a Parking" with the option YES or NO.   12. Booking a Room should also be available on the home page and not having to close the todays page to book the rooms.

    I believe you should be able to book a meeting room on top of personal spaces on the todays page on the desktop.

  13. Ability to release a desk any time

    If the afternoon has started and you have reserved a desk and checked in, it is no longer possible to release it. We think it makes sense to be able to release a desk on an afternoon that has already started so that another user can book it afterwards. But currently, it is not possible.

  14. Increase short term capacity by opening up booking rights

    Increase short term capacity utilisation by allowing employees to book unused desks in other groups than the ones the user is assigned to by implementing a time stamp function for the admin. This would solve the problem that desks in some groups which are not booked will be opened up to other users let´s say 24/36/48 hrs in advance. The result is a maximisation of capacity utilisation - most fundamental to increase the efficiency of office space

  15. Center desk floor pan

    Have the personal space floor plan use more of the usable space so scrolling is not needed as much. In my case my office building is a backwards L so when you first log in all you see is white.

  16. Place 'Book for Someone Else' checkbox at very top of screen

    We are a law firm and our secretaries are always making bookings on behalf of their attorney(s) they support. Currently the checkbox is towards the bottom of the screen. Setting the 'Booking on behalf of' AFTER all other parameters are set can cause the parameters to reset, thus resulting in incorrect location, date, group, etc. Can this checkbox be at the very top of the page so it is the first thing a user should think about before setting all other parameters?

  17. Change timeout error message on 'Today' page

    This is a follow-up to ticket 'ENSD-50725 : User seeing error on 'Today' page'. It was told to me by Condeco that an "error message" appears on the "Today" page if a user is on there too long and is timed out. On other pages, there is a "Resume" button after one is timed out. Can the error message on the "Today" page be replaced by the same "Resume" button?

  18. There are currently no available desks that match your specified search criteria

    When searching for a personal space (desk) for a number of days, rather than saying "none available" if there is desk availability on some of the days, say that instead of none for all days.
    Staff are becoming confused when trying to book 3 days in a week and having to keep changing the search for 1 day at a time.

  19. View for reception teams of who is in the office across groups

    A view for reception teams to see who in in the office today, across groups. Reception teams tend not to have administrator access so do not have access to reports.

    Original idea:

    It is wished by many in our office (especially the receptionists, because their task is to have the overview) that you can get a complete overview of alle booked personal spaces of all locations, groups and floors in the booking grid.
