Ability to set custom work status
We would like the option in Desk Booking for the user to allow a change to their status. Some users are sensitive to the status of "not working" and would like a status of "working", "working in office", "sick", out muliple days. Etc.

Office Map including all resources
Right now you can only see items on the map if you select either room bookings or specific groups in Personal Spaces. Create a map button that shows all meeting rooms and personal spaces on one map.

Desk bump after no check in should not create a cleaning request. It makes the space unusable.
Cleaning Request - When a desk is booked, but no used or checked in, it creates a cleaning request and renders the space unusable. Your current Bump email notification states that it has been made available for others to book, but this is incorrect. the space is awaiting cleaning. This needs to be corrected. When a desk is bumped without any check-in, it should do what you say it should, release the booking so it is available for others to book, not automatically mark it for cleaning.

Prioritized booking
It would be great, if there would be a separate functionality on the application to provide a few users book desk preferentially before other users.

flexi desk - weekend
For flexi desk owners it should be possible to switch off that also the weekend appears as booked in the report.

Consistent Floor Map views across all menu options and mobile
when booking a desk from Today Page, Home Page, Find a Desk and the mobile app each shows a slightly different view of the floorplan and inconsitent labeling of desk meta data

Notify Admin when all desks are booked
Can Condeco an provide an automated warning message, when we have reached 'desk booked' capacity, to say that no desks are available and please do not visit the office? Possibly also alerting site leads? For example if we only have 90 desks available to book each day an alert it sent when we reached that number?

A filtered view of bookings by location and one additional attribute such as Department
A filtered view of bookings by location and one additional attribute such as Department.
The idea behind this is to add a tab to a Team Channel so members can quickly see who in the Team has booked which desks and when. This could be as simple as a saved search with a dedicated URL to access.

Provide additional search fields on the “Find a colleague” feature
Allowing me to search (for example) for the department “Information Systems” to see where any of my colleagues have booked in the building (and then book a desk near to them). Currently I would have to repeatedly search by individual name.

Distinguish groups of desks on floor plans
It should be possible to distinguish between desks in different groups on floorplans. For example, "Private" and "Self-Managed" desks should be shown on the same floorplans with different legends.

Maintain selection after viewing / editing a desk
After checking / editing a single desk, the view is reset and you have to drill down all over again. The selection should be kept so that the user can quickly move on to another resource in the same location.

Report extract of the status of desks
Admins need a way of extracting a report of the status (closed or open) of the desks on a floor. The current facility on the screen for reporting the status is not user friendly when there are thousands of desks on a floor.

Advance schedule for opening / closing desks
An option to open/close desks at specific times in the future. Due to covid we have many closed floors. The current admin options are limited and require significant manual effort. There is a lot of admin burden in opening and then closing desks for certain periods.

Update French Translation for Check in period
Currently, the French translation for setting the check in time period on the Resource group configuration page says "pour le X minutes". The "le" is unnecessary and should be removed.

When Condeco is configured in a different language, the title "Self-certification" that appears in the self-certification pop-up is static in English.

Ensure Desk Booking Floorplan Availability "Circles" work for colour-blindness
Reliance on colour alone for the “Available”, “Booked” and “Your Desk" availability ”circles" on the floorplans does not adequately support individuals with colour-blindness. Please can you add distinct symbols inside the circles for each to enable them to be distinguished without reliance on colour (i.e. use a symbol or shape as currently done for “Closed”, “Awaiting cleaning”, “Meets desk attributes” and “Allocated Desks”).

Waitlist or queue for desks
It would be great if when an employee goes to reserve a desk, but there are none available for that day, they can add themselves to a waitlist to be notified if a cancellation happens or a space otherwise opens up.
