Email notification for Location Admin
Notify the Location Admin via email when a Desk is either booked or get the booking cancelled.

If the Today Page has to remain, can it display future bookings instead of only Today's bookings
The Today Page is a bit of a wasted extra click if you can only see "today". It would be more user friendly if it allowed you to see your other bookings and cancel or edit from that page, if the Today Page was the remain a permanent feature.

Change the landing page after the Today Page to Desk Booking instead of Room Booking
Desk booking is used by more colleagues, more frequently than room booking, so having it as the first landing page would be a better user journey overall.
31 votesWe have altered the Today page to be part of the main application. This means users will still have 'Today' as their landing page, but they can go straight to Personal spaces afterward using the left navigation bar, rather than requiring users to 'Close' the Today page and be taken to the 'Meeting spaces' home page.

Additional status for Fixed desk resource
We would like to suggest the addition of another status to the Condeco Desks fixed desk resource. Fixed desks in Condeco Desks can be assigned to a specific individual, however the only two statuses currently assigned to that seat type are:
• Grey – fixed to the individual who the seat is assigned to, however this does not indicate if the space is being utilised by the respective individual.
• Green – released by the assigned owner of the seat.We recommend introducing another status which will let the user highlight when they plan to be in the office using…

Improved Floorplan Administration
It is quite clunky and manual to place desks on the floor plans once they are uploaded. Each Group needs to have the floorplan uploaded again, it does not take the one that has been uploaded for the floor originally. Can improvements be made to Floorplan admin side so this doesn't need to be done twice?
Admins would also like the ability to move multiple desks at once instead of plotting one desk at a time.

View all plotted desks on the Floorplan at once, irrespective of Groups.
Admins would like to view all plotted desks for all the Groups on the floorplan at the same time. Currently there's no ability to view all the desks at once on the floor plan. Admins have to go into each Group individually to be able to see the plotted desks.

Create a sanitisation task for all desk bookings
I believe a sanitisation task is created for desks in certain scenarios, such as when a desk booking is deleted, bumped or released, and for block bookings. In the case of a booking being deleted or bumped this means a cleaning task is created even if the desk is not used. This seems reasonable as it is better to be cautious in the current climate.
However for a booking that is not checked-in and not bumped, because the bump option is not enabled, a cleaning task is not created (or at least doesn't appear so) even though the desk was…1 vote -
Enable Recurring Desk Bookings
A major blocker for a large portion of our company from using this is the inability to make recurring desk bookings. I know that a desk can be made "flexi", and released for others, but we have a situation where a group of, say, 50, is given 15 desks, and each person comes in 1 or 2 days a week.
eg:
John has desk 1001 on Mon/Tues
Sam has desk 1001 on Wed

Remove the need for a default floor
We are trying to remove the concept that people belong to a particular floor but by having a default floor it is making this very difficult to change their mindset.

Booking a desk for a colleague when health self-certification is enabled
the RTO build has this feature where in, when we enable the Self Certification on the Location, we will not be able to book desk for other users. we would like to be able to book for a colleague as they still will need to self certify and check in.

Send cancellation email immediately when a zone/floor is closed.
Currently when a zone/floor/desk is closed - for any desk bookings for today - the 'cancellation' email is sent immediately, but for future bookings it is sent at midnight when the email job runs. This means that for any bookings for tomorrow, the user might already be on their way to, or even arrived at, the office before they see the email.
Can a change be made so that for bookings for today AND tomorrow (and maybe even all future bookings) - the cancellation email is sent immediately?

User status not syncing on App
Desk booking app user status does not reflect web portal status. The app status on weekends is 'You're working remotely' and it should be 'Not working' as per the web portal.

Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days
Allow closing Zones or Locations for multiple days. Today it is only possible to close them for just one day or some days in a row. This simple improvement would allow clients to block zones or locations during holidays, scheduled maintenance, sanitization, etc.

Parking place booking
We have signed up with Condeco Desk booking as we have less desks then we have employees. But we actually have even less parking places then desks.
To streamline the usage of parking places, we were thinking to use Condeco Desk booking for booking a desk as well as a parking place. The parking places are not fixed and should be "virtual"
At the moment I understand that it's not possible to book 2 places at the same time. For a short term solution, could this be made possible?
For a long term solution maybe Condeco can implement a Parking…

Whole day configuration and check-in period.
Whole day booking had been selected to ensure a one person, one desk booking per day such that COVID-19 cleaning procedures are integrated with the release of the desk.
When a whole day is selected in advanced/global setup/desk booking, the check-in period in the application setup in groups is also changed to reflect one period, that being AM. This only has a time limit of 11:59AM. If there are afternoon shift staff booking a desk and they are not in to check in by 11:59AM, their desks are bumped.

Make the Group selection list wider in 'Find a desk'; or make it so that when the cursor hovers over the name, that the whole name shows

Availability: Change status to not working for multiple days
When changing multiple days in advance to the status not working as an end user, every day need to be changed individually (applies to web- and mobile app). It would be much easier for the end users to select mutiple days and set them to "not working", e.g. when going on annual leave.

Reminder when the booking is about to lapse
Reminder on mobile app when the booking is about to lapse while the resource is being utilized, this will ensure others who are waiting to occupy the resource will not have to wait thereby less impact to productivity
