Find A Colleague - View where they are sitting without having a pop up message about not being able to book a desk on that floor
It is really confusing to our employees that a message pops up saying "You do not currently have access to book a personal space on this floor.." every time they click the View button on the Find A Colleague page. This message is not necessary until the user actually tries to book a desk in that area, which is later in the workflow. We need to be able to book desks to wrap around meetings and events which are scheduled more than 5 weeks in advance.

Allow Individual Users to come into the office more than their Group's assigned quota
Able to change permissions so individual users can come into the office more than the quota set for their current Group.
Currently in Group Settings, you can allow for example 10 days PCM for a group to be in the office. When you want to change a user to be able to come into the office more than the 10 days PCM you cannot do this in user permissions, as the settings is weekly, and the 2 portals do not match. They should both be given the option to set up as days/weeks or months.1 vote -
Desk - UI Options - Show booking grid to users
I suggest to have this feature disable or remove in group setting for desk and make it available either per Country or for Global (similar with meeting room). This feature should only to be shown for that specific location or Country if it is enabled. The current setting creates confusion from the end user.
Example: If i enabled 'Show booking grid to users' to one of the group for Dubai, the booking grid will not only be enabled and shown to Dubai but also for other countries showing that group in Dubai, which that will look like their default location. …1 vote -
Remove fixed workspaces from booking grid
This is in reference to closed ticket # ENSD-56673 : Suppress fixed workspaces on booking grid. If fixed workspaces are uploaded in Condeco, they appear on the Booking Grid and get mixed in with the bookable spaces. It is not necessary nor useful to see the fixed seating assignments in the Booking Grid. We want the Booking Grid to show only bookable spaces (including flexi if they have been released).

Differentiate booked desks vs checked in on Find A Colleague page
It would be very helpful to see whether a user has checked in to their desk today vs whether they just have a desk booked for today on the Find A Colleague page. Currently the status says "In the Office" when the person has booked a desk and has not checked in yet.

Book for someone else - more granular permission
With book for someone else being a global setting there is an inability to specify certain users for being able to do this such as administrative assistants or floor admins. We would like to avoid setting them as admins with the system for other settings because that gives them privileges above what is necessary.
This would be best to configure under the User Management > Group Permissions > The following users have different permissions. Just add a check box column for booking for someone else. People listed there have the options to do some many other options close to this…

Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'.
Today's Status - have more than 'working remotely', 'working in the office' and 'not working'. Our staff can come into the office without booking a desk if they are likely to be in meetings most of the day (we're encouraging them to use touchdown spaces/kitchen etc as they won't need a desk for a long time), however their status is showing as 'working remotely'. Would be great if we could have control over statuses here.

Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report
Add "All Colleagues" Tab to Contact Tracing Report. This tab would list all users who had a booking at the same location regardless of Floor or Zone. Currently the report is showing only users who had bookings on the same Floor or Zone. It is possible for users in different floors to come in contact with others, for example in the elevator. It is important to report on all users regardless of floor or zone location.

Bumped desks to go back into circulation rather than 'Awaiting cleaning' status
At the moment if a desk is bumped because it hasn't been checked into or used the desk automatically goes to 'Awaiting Cleaning' status. It would be useful for bumped desks that haven't been used to go back into general circulation for booking rather than to 'Awaiting cleaning' as the desk will have been cleaned the previous evening so wouldn't need cleaned again.

Restrict Bookings based on Vaccination Status
Idea is to restrict booking for unvaccinated, turning Desk Bookings into Managed Bookings (requiring approval from HR).
Scenario
- User makes a Desk Reservation
- System Identifies user has Vaccination Status set to "Unvaccinated" under their user profile, queues up reservation under awaiting approval
- HR pulls reports and accepts or rejects reservation based on conditions or documentation
- Ability for user to submit documentation required by HR via Booking Form (Sends email to HR)

Sort Desk or Room Attributes
It would make handling desk and room attributes easier if it was possible to sort attributes alphabetically when interacting with them via the admin pages or when filtering room or desk searches.

Personal spaces Home page
There are tabs for Fixed personal space and Upcoming bookings; Flexi personal spaces are populated under the Fixed personal space. This is confusing. Would be more clear if there were three tabs: Fixed personal spaces, Flexi personal spaces and Bookable personal spaces.

All desk group view
Can we please get an all desk group view, outside of reporting to help us understand how many colleagues will be in the office on a given day at a glance. at the moment admins have to select and screen shot each group and stich together a custom view.

Using M365 AD groups for collegue-related functions
In M365 AD groups are being used for pretty much everything.
Even MS Teams are essentially just AD groups.
So, why not make more use of them for all team/collegue related functions like
"book a desk near my collegues"
or
"suggesting to come to the office next Wednesday because there are already 80% of your buddies there"
or ..
Same for the admin side aka rules and guidelines.

Ability to Reserve over Slot Limit with Same-Day Bookings
A customer would like the ability to limit the amount of bookings that a user can create ahead of time. For example: 1 slot/week. (This is currently supported by the application) However the customer would like to make sure that any open space during the same day is made available to be reserved by individuals that may have reached their slot limit.
For Example: userA reserved a desk on Monday and reached 1 slot booked for the week. They are unable to reserve a slot on Tuesday to Sunday. On Wednesday userA looks in Condeco and sees that a desk…
