If you alter any of the email alerts from the Group Admin section, you can remove the Host from any email alerts going out from the system.
This is best practice that only emails should go to the booker or requestor's and not the Hosts.
Please let me know if you'd like to see how to do this and other cool features you can format the email alerts to do with Outlook rules etc.

If you want to have the vendor dashboard open at the same time as the main web app, you can approach it in two different ways:
Use two separate browsers -
1. Web App on Internet Explorer
2. Vendor Dashboard on Google Chrome or vice versaOR
Use In-Private browsing / Incognito mode, which allows for both to be open at the same time on the same browser.

On Enterprise 3.3.2 (our current version in SaaS), there is an ability to filter based on location of the request.
What version are you running and is this not available?

Extra chairs should be recognised in the application as an item to increase the capacity of the attendees coming to the meeting for a given meeting style.
This at the moment doesn't happen and doesn't allow users to select a default style of say 12 and then add 8 extra chairs to the room, which should increase the room capacity to 20, but instead keeps it at 12 (the default style).
Is there a way in which this could be added to the application functionality?
