We would like to have some rooms which will be shown to the users only in case when all other meeting rooms from this location are booked.

Create and auto-send meeting space notifications to users
Ability to Create Auto-Notifications Sent to Operations Teams and Users: the lack of notifications in Condeco is causing major issues: Building services team are not receiving requests for extension cords, etc; Users are not receiving alerts on upcoming catering, setup and other deadlines for their reservations. This is causing an absurd amount of unnecessary work for all service departments involved chasing meeting requestors down to obtain the information, many times unsuccessfully due to lack of response from meeting holders.

Improvements to service delivery notification periods
Hospitality require 48 hours to place food orders from their respective suppliers. This is non-negotiable from there side and they are very strict on it.
It is vital that food orders placed in Condeco by the Users, adhere to the 48 hour rule, regardless of ordering or cancelling.
NB Hospitality place their orders at 1130 a.m. so the clock starts ticking from that pointHospitality would have already paid for the food that has been ordered, and thus it still needs to be charged to Macfarlanes if a cancellation falls short of 48 hours’ notice

Advanced grid to have Mon-Fri view
We would like to have a weekly view of the meeting spaces advanced grid. We use our meeting rooms for clinical activity and this view will enable us to get a snapshot view of the activity taking place and rooms that are vacant across the week.

Today's page date selection match with Book a personal date selection
Hello Condeco,
many of our users are complaining about the Today page. Lot of us are using Today page to make a quick booking, but here I am able to select any date which I want to find a bookable space.
Of course this will not work, because when a location will have 3 weeks booking period and I select a space for end of next Month, I am able to search for it, but the result will be 0 as I can make bookings just 3 weeks in advance.This is really bad and confusing for all users.

Repeating meeting should all be able to be changed at the same time as long as the meeting has not been changed from original booking.
Currently, if you are booking a recurring meeting and one or two dates you have to choose a different room, when you change the whole series, only the meetings in the main conference room are changed. As space becomes more competitive when more people are returning to office, we will be less likely to be able to accommodate a series in just one room. We need to get this resolved

Holiday Calendar is a simple and basic function that all calendars have, you need to improve your system and options to meet customer demand.
It is a major thing when you have a booking system to mark or close rooms for holidays so the employees are aware that they can't make any bookings on those days.. and it is not practical at all that you can highlight or close the rooms for a date by date!! this should be applicable to adding multiple non-consecutive closure dates.1 vote -
Be able to reactivate/reinstate canceled meeting room reservations
Canceled Reservations: When a user misses the timeframe to start a meeting or “check in”, the reservation is canceled. The administrators of Condeco (Joe and team, Joy and team) should be able to open the canceled reservation and reactivate it. As it stands, the canceled reservation can be found under “Find Bookings”; however, it cannot be reinstated or made live again.

Glitch in the system
Hi,
We booked someone into 2MS as they are facilitating training today. The name was not transferred to the front desk. This meant a lot of running around our end to try and get the person booked in in time to attend the training. Is this a glitch in the system? When I spoke to someone on the front desk they confirmed that I was not the only one this had happened to.

When we are using Condeco for both DESK and ROOM booking system, the today page is now showing the real time status.
For example, when we are using the Condeco for both DESK and ROOM booking, we have got experience about we cancelled the reserved desk, and today page showing I am still working in the office.

Fix exchange sync bugs in outlook add-in
room is not able to sync if room is book under "location" button on outlook meeting.

Move 'Add services to my booking' button up to the beginning of the Outlook Message.
We need the ability to update the Add Services to your booking email generated when users book using the Outlook Add-in. The Add Services to My Booking button should be placed at the top of the email message. We have over 150 catering items along with Equipment and AV Services and that current placement of the button requires the user to scroll to the bottom of the email message. The user is not going to see the button given the length of the email and the amount of scrolling required. If possible, I would prefer not to list the Catering…

Admin notifications for bookings via Outlook
For booking requests through Condeco, our reception always receives a notification as it is cc'd in the email templates. There are no templates for booking requests via Outlook, which is why our reception does not receive any notification of the booking requests.
We ask you to introduce a function with which the admins will also automatically receive a notification for bookings via Outlook.
Thank you for the opportunity to share our suggestions for improvement with you. We hope that the function will be implemented soon.

Expand Locations and Private Office Space
Add any and all corporate office locations. Add the ability to book a cubicle or personal office space for private calls or 1x1 meetings.

Booking form improvements
- Ability to make recurrent bookings on weeks 1,3&5 or 2&4 (we currently have to manually select the dates for this)
- More detail in booking summary, specifically who has rejected a booking and the reason they entered for this
- Protected 'notes' section for those managing bookings (we have a 2 step approval process and currently have to use the booking form notes section, to document approval related comments)

Currently, any changes to a floor map require resizing the map so that it can be uploaded to replace the outdated map in Condeco. The upload requires that all resources be reassociated with the new map. This is a laborious and manual process. If the maps were adjusted based on the size of the old map, a reassociation would not be necessary.
