Find a space
In Condeco, you can find a colleague by typing their first and last name. It would be extremely helpful if you could search for a location and that would highlight on the floorplan as it does when searching for a colleague. This would help new employees get accustomed to the building.

View of meeting rooms size/sort by no for meeting
Is it possible to reinstate the meeting room search by no of attendees. it used to be possible but doesn't seem to be any more. In Grid View, would it also be possible to show the size of the room alongside whether its is VC or no? it saves having to go in to the details of every room the check. Thanks

desk bumping notice
when i come into the office (once a week or so) i often forget to check in my desk. the reminder email comes 5 minutes before the booking is cancelled. as checking in takes at least a minute or two that gives a 3 minute window. why not send the reminder an hour earlier or just send reminders at hourly intervals from the start of the day. i understand some people might book for periods of less than a day but 5 minutes is not enough!
in addition if i forget i can not re-book the desk as it says…1 vote -
Changing individual component in your booking
When a booking has already been made and you would like to make changes to certain component like date, sitting position or room. There should be provision to change this individual components, instead of cancelling the entire booking and starting from beginning.

Future Bookings
Hello, Its very frustrating that you can only book a desk up to end of the following week. I need to be able to plan and book more then a week in advance.

Global Admin Cant make any changes from a booking made New Office 365 Add-in
Wirth the new Office 365 Add-in, an Admin can no longer make any changes to the booking.
This has to be done by the Calendar owner it was booked in!!Orange banner across top of invite saying to edit date time title requester etc please open original invite in Outlook.
So in this instance no one else can make changes if the owner of the booking is unavailable or access to her calendar is limited

Wheelchair Accessibility
Is it possible to add the feature 'Wheelchair Accessibility' in the system as attributes for meeting spaces and when it is enabled, it will display a logo or an icon in the booking grid indicating that the room is Wheelchair Accessibility enabled or available?

email domain invalid
Hi Team, I tried to register my user email with yongxiang.lim@sg.fcm.travel but it showed invalid characters due to domain name with sg.fcm.travel. It was works in the past.

Ability to add services using the Outlook Add-in and Smart Calendar
Can you please allow the option to add services to bookings by default on Smart Calendar Add-in.
This works fine on the COM Add-in so why are we loosing functionality on new products?

Have a map on condeco homepage. So you have an easy to access map view without having to search for a space first

SMS notification for booking details
Hi
Are we able to get SMS notification one day prior the booking happen? As we need to log on to our working computer or manually to add into our calendar to remember which day we will be working from home. which day we will be working from office. and where our seats are. Even we have notification for the email booking, but it also required us to log into our working computer

Meeting room name to be visible on Your bookings
The meeting room name should be visible on the overview page (Your bookings). Should be unnecessary to open Edit to view which room you have booked.

Direct access to floor plan and easy options for alternative days within that view
Please can we have an option to go directly to the floor view for a specific date, without having to search for a colleague first, and then easy ability to change days in that view. Also please can we view all seats for the whole floor, without having to switch between teams and "overflow", as it is very frustrating to not be able to see where everyone is simultaneously.
I also raised previously a request to not default to the "Today" screen every time the application is launched. I would imagine it is extremely uncommon that people launch the application…1 vote -
Desk booking flexibility for mobile workers
Option for staff to book spaces in other locations without having to change the default settings e.g. NL based staff who travel to the UK can book a desk for few days in London without changing their NL default location on profile

Stop system determining how many days I work
there suddenly is a max number of slots I can book, which is 5 days. This while I need to work more than 5 days a week. Why is a desk booking system determining how many days I work?
