"Personal Spaces," Booking grid does not display access to calendar as does

month/day mixed up
The program is mixing up month/day in date when using "find a colleague" feature.
Today is Sep 2, I've found a person and hover mouse over his location. The tooltip is showing "February 9 Expired" so it's mixing up month and day.4 votes -
Allow 1/2 day bookings
Ability to book 1/2 days would be useful. If the 1/2 day was for the morning, the space could be marked "Pending cleaning" so it couldn't be booked in the afternoon.

Desk Bump Reminder Notice too short
Reminder for Desk bump needs to come in much earlier than 10 minutes before desk expires.
I book a week in advance and forgot to revalidate the booking and was in a meeting when the reminder came up. If it had come up at the start of the day, say 9:00 this would be better for the users.4 votes -

Resource list sorting
In Application Setup \ Resources - when looking at a specific desk group the "Name" ordering is NOT alphabetical. It would be very helpful to fix the sorting options please. It seems that the resources appear in resource ID order - that is completely useless, we have named the desks deliberately to help us but your web page doesnt let us use that for sorting.

Waiting lists
A waiting list for available desks on a specific day would be really useful to avoid needing to keep checking back to see if someone has cancelled. It would also be beneficial if we weren't 'grouped' with a floor per group and we could check available desks on any open floor at once.

Check-In Process
If a user has booked a desk for a certain day/period, the system should automatically submit a message on the respective day that the user has booked the desk and is now asked to check in, otherwise the booking will expire and the desk becomes available.

Booking confirmation
Upon making a desk booking, instead of getting a confirmation email, could we get a note in our calendar on the day(s) of the booking i.e. for instance maybe a reminder at 7.30am 'you are booked in desk number XX'

% of present colleagues
It would be great to see how many % of the tables in an area are booked, or how many % of a division/department are present on a specific day. It would help with deciding if it's a good day to come to the office or not.

Make the bump email an editable email template
At present, the bump email can only be changed in the back end by Condeco. If it is made into a template, then admins can change the text of the email, as well as use the template fields to include different information and indicate who it must go to.
At present, the bump email goes to the Requestor. There's equal or more value in the bump email going to the Host too, as the Host was the one who was expected to attend the booking but never started the booking.

Branding of emails
It would be good to be able to brand emails that are sent to users with the logo of the company and some custom wording. Condeco doesn't mean anything to most users and they disregard the emails.

Remove the Time Out on Condeco
I hate that the system is constantly timing me out, or logging me out. I'm in this calendar multiple times and hour and way too many times a day. Please remove the time out.
