Create and auto-send meeting space notifications to users
Ability to Create Auto-Notifications Sent to Operations Teams and Users: the lack of notifications in Condeco is causing major issues: Building services team are not receiving requests for extension cords, etc; Users are not receiving alerts on upcoming catering, setup and other deadlines for their reservations. This is causing an absurd amount of unnecessary work for all service departments involved chasing meeting requestors down to obtain the information, many times unsuccessfully due to lack of response from meeting holders.

Be able to reactivate/reinstate canceled meeting room reservations
Canceled Reservations: When a user misses the timeframe to start a meeting or “check in”, the reservation is canceled. The administrators of Condeco (Joe and team, Joy and team) should be able to open the canceled reservation and reactivate it. As it stands, the canceled reservation can be found under “Find Bookings”; however, it cannot be reinstated or made live again.

Booking form improvements
- Ability to make recurrent bookings on weeks 1,3&5 or 2&4 (we currently have to manually select the dates for this)
- More detail in booking summary, specifically who has rejected a booking and the reason they entered for this
- Protected 'notes' section for those managing bookings (we have a 2 step approval process and currently have to use the booking form notes section, to document approval related comments)

Show all rooms of a booking with linked meeting spaces in Location in Your Bookings
Currently the user only sees one meeting space although several meeting spaces are booked via linked meeting space

Make condeco less annoying
Please can you fix the home page. The first thing it does is tell me I am signed out. That's fine, but why don't you put a log in box on that same page or just send me straight to the log in page.
Also, the Today page is pointless. I only use Condeco to book a meeting room, can you just take me to the page to make bookings?

Ability to customise the 'Add services to your booking' email generated by M365 integrated booking
We need to be able to customise the details presented in the 'Add services to your booking' email.
We need to decide what services should be shown and/or the pricing associated with the items.
We also want the option to disable this email for some groups of rooms.2 votes -
Personal space slot timing
Usually the shift timings are:
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
7:00 AM to 4:00 PMBut when I book for a personal space, I only have 2 options i.e. either select one of the checkbox ☑ or both of it. Usually our shifts are not always fall in AM or PM zone. It extends from AM to PM.
Please incorporate a feature where we can select our shifts timing.

Multiple Groups for Linked Meeting Spaces
Currently you cannot have more than one group of orientation for Linked Meeting Spaces which doesn't allow anyone to be able to offer more linked variations for a large meeting space. For example, we have 3 conference rooms that can be linked all together but we can only make one group of those rooms in regards to orientation. This is a handicap as it won't allow other options to be booked for divisible areas. I should be able to group conf rm. 1/2 or 2/3 or 1/2/3 not just 1/2 and the system assumes the rest. Please provide a fix…

Delegate booking on behalf of someone getting error Message.
Executive Assistant booking on behalf of someone in the web app and is trying to update Requester and is receiving a message. "Changes to the title, time or attendees can only be made from Linda King's Outlook calendar event. Global Admins also can not make this change. This is not all locations.

Cost Code Validation
It would be ideal if the on the booking form General Page the user could validate a cost code after entering.
Currently the application only validates when the users hits book/request and close, so if they have entered a lot of chargeable items and find the code is rejected they are not very happy.2 votes -
Add Booking Space Features
It will great if tool show booking space features as well - on mouse over or somewhere in description. For example: If I want to book work station then I am looking for few details like whether this workstation has monitor or not, external keyboard and lock etc.
And there must be a feature to report any issue related to that work station or meeting room. For example - HDMI cable is not working.

Shared Bookings
Let members of your team see and/or delete your bookings on your behalf. This would be useful if you are then on annual leave but a meeting has changed and the room can be rebooked by someone else. This also would be useful for reception teams to be able to amend each other's bookings as per any change requests.

Admin notifications for bookings via Outlook
For booking requests through Condeco, our reception always receives a notification as it is cc'd in the email templates. There are no templates for booking requests via Outlook, which is why our reception does not receive any notification of the booking requests.
We ask you to introduce a function with which the admins will also automatically receive a notification for bookings via Outlook.
Thank you for the opportunity to share our suggestions for improvement with you. We hope that the function will be implemented soon.

Change a booked desk rather than having to cancel and re-book
As a user I would like to be able to change my booked desk reservation easily rather than having to delete and then re-book in multiple steps.
I would also like to be able to do this from an admin capacity (eg to easily move a desk allocation for a new-starter or other user).
eg:
1. select a booking
2. select "change desk"
3. pick a new desk from list of available options

Floor/layout plans
Floor layouts is too large and difficult to find the seats & meeting rooms.. It would be better if there is an option to zoom in/out the layout/floor plans

Status reversal
Hi! Is there anyway to change the status back to "Accepted" once "In Progress" has been selected? I accidently selected the wrong status and now I cannot change it. Same goes for "Delivered" and "Collected". Thanks!

Ability to add more than one meeting room to a room reservation/meeting invite
When scheduling a meeting, we need the ability to book multiple rooms for the same meeting, especially since we have several building locations.
