    When a meeting is booked that has attendees assigned to it some method that allows the attendees to check-in to confirm they attended. Storing this data so that it can be checked that a person arrived and attended a specific meeting. Check-in could be on mobile app or screen for example.

  4. 1 waiting list for the first appropriate room

    I want to be on the waiting list for ANY room for 14 or more people with a video conferencing facility. Instead, in order yo give myself some hope of getting a room, I have to be on every waiting list and fill out a separate form for each room. (2 done, 13 to go, so far). Surely this is madness.

  5. Room booking 'calendar'

    Having a grid/table of when a certain room is free.

    For example I need a room for 22 people and instead of inputting the time and hoping for the best have the room's availability, basically like an outlook calendar.

    The ability for anyone to end a booking with authentication. Currently cloud only allows the person that made the booking to end a booking at the sign. If that person does not show up and auto bump is not turned on then the reservation can not be ended unless you get the reservation team involved.

  9. outlook select multiple buildings

    When searching for open rooms in the Outlook add-in, you can only select one building (unlike the web where you can select multiple buildings). It would be helpful to be able to select multiple buildings since a business or campus may have multiple buildings in the same city that are physically close to each other.

  10. Conflict Transparency

    When users attempt to book a recurring meeting they are only shown rooms that are 100% available for all occurrences of the meeting sequence. Most leaders in this space are able to show conflicts to allow for one-off modifications (say 9 meetings in Room A, and 1 meeting occurrence in Room B due to an existing booking). At minimum showing the conflict would allow the users to adapt. Preferably an ability for the system to allow for exception booking for small number of conflicts that could be pre-set (i.e. show me rooms that meet 90% of my meeting dates and…

  11. Can't see room attributes on a small screen resolution when searching for rooms

    When you search for rooms, you get a result list. However, on smaller display resolutions and screen sizes, the room attributes are hidden unless you scroll horizontally on the results list. One would not expect to scroll horizontally because the room booking button stays on the screen. Windows machines automatically scale text to 150% on laptop screens that are 15" with 1920x1080 resolution. This causes the room attributes to become hidden by the book button.

  12. Custom rules for Setup Time and Clean Down Time

    Rules such as:

    If a booking is under 1 hour, dont include clean down time
    if a booking is over X hours, include clean down time

    similar options for Setup Time

    currently we only have a default time for each which auto applies when making bookings.

    A Separate Day before Reminder email generated from the system with control from the email templates to create an informative message to ask a colleague are you still attending site, if not cancel your booking by clicking here.

    ICS is fine but is easy to Dismiss and an Email would mean the colleague would need to deal with it one way or another more so than just "Dismiss"

  14. Admins to be able to configure access restrictions on web portal per different groups or admins

    Currently unable to prevent double bookings if users are booking meeting spaces both via Condeco web application and Outlook calendar. Admins require access to both so unable to switch off functionality to view only on web portal.

  15. For end users, set the booking grid so that details of bookings in the rooms are not shown, just blocks showing when a room is booked

    We'd like to have the option to share the meeting room booking grid with end Users but with meetings booked by others showing as a grey block with no booking details in them. The reason for this anonymisation of bookings is to stop users contacting and pressurising bookers to give up their meeting spaces, which can happen in large organisations. Admins should be able to see the full grid, with booking details

    When users press the Start Meeting button on the screens, allow a customised notice to appear on the screen for 20 seconds at that time. We want to remind meeting rooms users to keep meeting rooms clean, tidy and free of litter.

  17. My team would think its helpful to have certain linked rooms when booked automatically blocks the other rooms from being booked.

    We aim to simplify the process of booking linked rooms for users. Suppose we have two rooms, lon 8 and lon 9, which can also function as a single room. Currently, users must view the grid and then enter one of the rooms to link them. We want to automate this process.

    Condeco currently doesn’t sort the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) in Alphanumeric sequence and we would like the option to see the spaces (Rooms and Personal spaces) sorted alphanumerically at all places in the Condeco Application like Book a Meeting Space, Booking Grid, Advanced Grid for Meeting Spaces and Book a Personal Space, Booking Grid for Personal Spaces and also across interfaces like Outlook Add-in, Mobile app. Etc
