Holiday placed in Availability Calendar
It was suggested to have public holdays booked out in the calendar as well so then we dont have to place these dates in as not working however not sure if this will work with different states having different public holidays

Booking Desk on behalf of colleague/ visitor
Can users be given Book Desk on behalf of a colleague or a visitor to floor who requires to be working for the day, if permitting please advise

Half day bookings available at local level

Booking desks for colleagues who aren't on the system yet
Please can we be able to overwrite the system when trying to book for a colleague as , if it cannot 'find' them we can't book a desk & we cannot book out 2 or more for ourselves on the same day?

Stop system determining how many days I work
there suddenly is a max number of slots I can book, which is 5 days. This while I need to work more than 5 days a week. Why is a desk booking system determining how many days I work?

More recurrence patterns to include second, third, fourth weeks of a month
We need a way to schedule room bookings (for hospital clinics) with the following types of recurrences:
some examples:
First and Last Monday of every month.
or
2nd and 4th week of every monthPart of the issue appears to be that only the First and Last month are present in the recurrence drop-down list.
Whereas it should include, first, second, third, fourth, fifth, last
These are regular patterns that consume a lot of administration time to populate without this option. It is not feasible for the teams to do this manually having discussed and experimented with the advanced features…

Tags for type of work that day (calls or more focused)
Add a tag or label to describe if you plan to have a lot of calls, or if you need some quietness to work. In that way people could sit (or not sit) near certain colleagues . People constantly on the phone can be contentious in open floor offices!

Food Services
Can alert be made to advise that their is a Food Services order to be processed and when done changes color or status of the booking.

1 product is for X participants
Condeco Catering is expected to be able to assign several participants to one product.
Example:
1-10 participants = 1 pot of coffee or tea
11-20 participants = 2 pots of coffee or tea etc.A booking is changed by adding 15 participants, then the number of pots of coffee / tea is automatically adjusted

desk owner permissions
the option to let desk owners reserve their desk when they plan on coming in; perhaps special permissions or a way to assign desk with people names. not sure if this is already a thing.

Meeting spaces names
We can't see the meeting spaces' names on floor plan (meeting spaces - book a meeting space). Please make them visible in Condeco, it will make reservation process more efficient.

Prevent booking date further than advance booking period
The date selection for personal spaces in Quick Search and the Today page should not allow you to select a date further than what is configured in the group settings

Profile editing
Profiles need to recognise Skype (0300) numbers. At present they aren't accepted meaning contact details on my bookings do not work.

quantity of the product and the number of participants
When booking with 5 participants, a product is then added, the quantity of the product is equated with the number of participants.
If the number of participants is subsequently changed, Condeco does not automatically adjust the amount of the product.
We expect Condeco Catering to automatically adjust the quantities of products. But only if the number has not been changed manually beforehand.
Example:
5 participants and 5 cakes (amount transferred automatically); minus 1 participant = 4 participants and 4 cakes

Ability to book a meeting space starting in the past
Provide a configuration option to allow meeting space bookings to start in the past. Example: I want to book a huddle room from 10-4 today to work in but it's 10:05. I want to be able to start the booking at 10am which would be 5 minutes in the past.

No users freindly
We are unable to add any catering requirement's once a meeting is in progress.
We have to make a complete separate booking.
