  2. Alternative time

    When booking multiple rooms. If Room A is free and is added to the booking but Room B is not free and you select Alternative times the Add-in should confirm that Room A is also free at this time.

    In the event that multiple rooms/multiple locations are required this is crucial to a successful booking journey.

  3. Stop a user or admin from to entering a duplicate service items for the same delivery time

    When a user/admin enters duplicate service items for the same deliver time the system currently clubs them items together and adds the quantities together.
    It would be better for the system to alert the user/admin they are entering duplicate items for the same delivery time and to change one of the duplicates to a different delivery time or delete the item.

  4. Get detailed information to rooms in "advanced grid"-view

    In the web application you will get detailed information (room picture, floor plan, equipment) when clicking on a room description within the advanced grid overview. Same behavior is expected in the "advanced grid" view of the Outlook Add-In.

  5. Auto Block or Suspend meeting booking for users with multiple 'No Shows'

    We would like a feature that we could set a limit on to block/suspend a user for X amount of days from booking appointments after they have X amount of no shows.

    Currently we have a 20% of meeting No Shows shown in the dashboard. We would like to advise users that if they have X no shows in an Y day period, hey will be automatically suspended or blocked from booking meetings for Z days. (X, Y & Z is configurable to admins within the Connect portal).

    This would promote a better respect behaviour to our meeting rooms and…

    Indicate the meeting title and date/time in the confirmation pop up when deleting a booking in the grid.

    It happens that admin right click on the wrong appointment in the advanced grid and delete the wrong booking.

  7. Pop up 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind requestors to activate the room

    It would be really good to have a pop up at say 5 mins after your room booking has started to remind bookers to activate their room. Most of the time its PAs that book multiple rooms in any given day and this helpful reminder would be very useful :)

    To circumvent the session timeout which is really too short (max 1 hour), our users would like to stay on last page viewed after reconnection into the web application.

  9. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees

    Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  10. Give users the option to hide on "Home" and "Today" page bookings that have been made on behalf of others

    Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

  11. ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers on the booking form.

    The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

  12. Book Meetings on a Shared Calendar

    Ability for Condeco meetings to be booked to a shared calendar. Example, all members of marketing team have access to a shared calendar that all of them can edit and make changes on. The Conedeco addin currently does not allow Condeco meetings to be added to a shared calendar.

    The Condeco Outlook Add-In for MAC OS with new UI does not work with the Condeco Exchange Sync service. This is a critical service for our MAC users. Can we get this on the road map?

  15. Parking and Desk Bookings...

    How about we make it easy to book both a car parking space and a desk, as opposed to one or the other? Trying to book a desk but being told you already have a booked (to park the car) isn't helpful...

  18. Picture in FloorPlan mousover info

    Option to add an image for specific set of equipment or per table that is shown when hovering over the resource on the floorplan (where is now shown table name, date, availability and equipment)

    variant A) add picture per table
    variant B) add picture for equipment combination, example
    a picture for dual monitor with webcam
    a picture for single monitor with webcam
    a picture for dual monitor without webcam
    a picture for single monitor without webcam
    and according to equipment assigned to the resource the sample image will be shown.

  19. Positioning desk icons

    The placement of dots on a floor plan is really tricky. Having something placed on a pixel-by-pixel basis with no snap-to-grid or other overlay makes it really time consuming to add lots of desks and get them nicely aligned. Please can you have some sort of snap-to-grid option so that placing desk icons can be quick and accurate without needing photoshop precision skills using a mouse and zoom of the browser

  20. Booking on Behalf of Others

    Would be great if the system had the ability to book a desk on someone's behalf in the event they can't access the system or someone doesn't have a GI account but is planning on visiting Shell House and requires a desk.
