    Also, on point 2

    The phone number and visitor pass number are separate fields. Can you confirm which part of the product you are looking at?

    What do you mean by the phone number should be retrieved? Is that an integration suggestion?

    Point 4: We already store the arrival and departure date. Can you confirm which part of the product you are looking at?

    Regarding the first one about Photograph's...are you using another system to take photographs that you would like Condeco to integrate with?

    Do you have permissions to view Advanced Setup > Global Setup
    > Visitors > Visitor Arrival Notification to Host?

    Can you confirm what setting this is set to?

    It sounds useful to want to have some information stored against a particular booking.

    So I can understand the desired outcome better and who it's for would you be able to advise on who would be storing information that the booker (i.e. requestor) would not be able to see and why?

    I can imagine it's frustrating having to update docs, service times, and the facilities that you require in the room. Especially if this is something you do daily.

    The way to do this is to Advanced setup > Global Setup > Room Booking and setting the "Ignore room capacity" field to FALSE

    This is a great suggestion.

    I have moved it to the Room Booking section because it gets more traffic and this suggestion affects both (desk and rooms)

    When a user is cancelling a meeting, I would like to gather information about why it was cancelled in free-text form

    Eventually, we would be able to have a report of cancellations

    The reservation team currently have to click on the visitor, which will then open a new window, in order to find out which company the visitor is from

    To see what company a Visitor is part of, you have to open the detailed form on that particular visitor.

    i.e there is no quick and easy way to see what company a visitor is from in the Visitor List
