  1. Change the warning icon when booking has succeeded

    It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.

  2. Ability to change location on room amendments

    When a room is booked and later requires amending, users are restricted to choosing a different room in the same location and group. Users are currently not able to change the current room booked to another room that is in a different location

  4. Not consider the accent when looking for a user

    In France, Spain, Italy, having the possibility to find a name of a person in Condeco which is not considering accent.
    For exemple:
    Raul and Raùl or Rocîo and Rocio, the result should be the same.

    Not able to view the booking when you look at the room bookings under 'Your Bookings' in web portal, the only option to edit or delete. Is it possible to add a view button?

  6. Language customization needs to be enabled for the title of Private Bookings when displayed on Wayfinder or Room Booking Grid.

    Currently, the title for private bookings - "Private Meeting", displayed on Wayfinder screen or Room Booking grid shows as it is even for languages other than English. The functionality works well for hiding the title of any private meeting/booking and masking it as "Private Meeting" but for languages other than English, there is no translation for the masked title. The title comes as "Private Meeting" even for languages like Spanish, German or French.

    This customization needs to be taken care of and should be implemented for all languages.

    1. What area is the Request for (I.e. Visitor Management, Booking Form, Outlook Add-in)? Room Booking and Email Templates
    2. What are you trying to achieve? What is your end objective? Email templates should have variable called 'Booking - LastUpdatedBy' which could be inserted in the template

  10. Room Booking: Ability to search for hosts based on department

    Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.

    At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

  11. Ability to allow multiple sessions of the same user on Outlook and Web portal at the same time

    A. Most of our Executive Assistants will have the booking grid open

    1. Web browser on one screen,
    2. Outlook calendar Add-In in another screen

    They will constantly switch between the two when lining up meetings – particularly when trying to book series

    B. Concierge and room meeting coordinators only use the Condeco portal (they do not use the Outlook Add in).

    On one window they will have the Visitors list opened and on another list, they will have the booking grid open and will constantly move between the two

  12. Whilst a user is making a booking, them that the booking is clashing with another due to the set up time

    When making a booking in Outlook, when you enter the details into the Condeco section and add services it automatically adds a set up time. Can the system notify the user if the meeting is clashing with another due to the set up time required? At the moment you enter in all the details and when you click "Book" or "Request Now" - only then will it say that the room is unavailable. Users have to cancel or delete all their work and create another booking which again hopefully will not then clash with another meeting.

  14. Ability for admins/vendors to download ICS attachment from the booking form

    I would like the ability to download an Outlook Calendar item (i.e. an ICS file) from the booking form so that it will be easy to get the booking details into our Outlook calendar.

    There is an ICS attachment feature but it is only available to the host, requestor and attendees.

    If a receptionist wants to add the booking onto Outlook they have to create new meetings in their calendar.

  18. When a user on booking grid clicks on the email address of Host or requester it should open Outlook with email address in To list

  20. Improvements

    Hi there,

    I don't think anyone knows the below acronyms mean or stand for (VCU, FC etc). Could you add a key with a brief explanation of each? It would be more meaningful if it explained what the kit was - e.g. there is a surface hub to joins teams call, or there is a screen but you have to plug someone's laptop in to do a teams call?

    Also, would be useful to know the names of colleagues who have a room booked, as then we could message direct to ask them if the room is still needed if…
