  1. Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees

    Limit the rooms available based on the number of attendees and if we can work with a % variation either way.
    Ideally if I book a meeting for 10 people it should only show me rooms for 5 - 15 people and no other rooms.
    We are seeing that people are booking 25 seater room for only 5 people of which is impacting other areas requiring the big rooms.

  2. To stay on the last page after session timeout

    To circumvent the session timeout which is really too short (max 1 hour), our users would like to stay on last page viewed after reconnection into the web application.

  4. Ability to delete all cost codes and start fresh

    There is only an option to import cost codes, I want to delete all of them and start fresh, I have 17000 cost codes at present and to delete all of them one by one would be extremely time consuming, the option to delete and upload would be great,

  5. Ability to delete fields on the dashboard that we do not need

    There should be the option to customize the dashboard slightly.
    We have multiple fields we do not need, for example 'cost centre' 'payment status'. There should be the option to hide or delete these.

  6. Advanced multiple room booking (event feature)

    Being able to book a meeting room to conduct a meeting and have the ability to link to this main booking some other bookings.
    The idea is to have a master booking and child bookings but not necessarely at the same hour.

  7. Ability to make fields mandatory for staff to fill in when booking rooms

    We would like to be able to specify parameters/fields which are required for our general staff to populate when they are booking the room. Then our Meeting Planning staff will be fully informed as to how to service the event(s).

    Desired fields:

    Waitstaff Needed: yes/no (required)

    Food Service Needed: yes/no (required)

    AV Support Needed: yes/no (required)

    MPE Planner Needed: yes/no (required)

  8. ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers on the booking form.

    The Number of guests per booking is limited to seat capacity – However we are able to add extra chairs to a booking therefore capacity increases – We are now unable to increase endless number of visitors as this will only reflect the number of guests in the booking – Global admin are allowed to manually input any number of visitors to a booking – Due to the way in which we operate we need ALL local admin and global admin to be able to manually enter visitor numbers .

  9. Ability to decline from seeing alternative rooms when making a recurring booking

    When making a reccurring booking if the room is already booked on a few dates we would like to be able to decline seeing the alternative room option so we can continue with just the dates that can be booked into the selected room

  10. Give users the option to hide on "Home" and "Today" page bookings that have been made on behalf of others

    Users should have the option to hide the bookings they have booked on behalf of others, and only view the Desks booked for them, and Rooms where they are the Host or Requestor, Currently, the Home/Today screens for users who frequently book on behalf of others (Assistants / Receptionists) are crowded and difficult to separate personal bookings and bookings for others.

  11. Add internal attendees email as an email template tag

    All the Internal attendees should received email upon the arrival of external visitor.

    And, the current issue is that when receptions are moving rooms reservation, only the host and meeting requestor are receiving meeting updates.

    When a room is moved by the reception, all attendees should receive an Outlook appointment update in their calendar so they have the details about the new room reservations when opening their Outlook invitation.

  13. Change the warning icon when booking has succeeded

    It's really weird for users to have a warning icon (yellow one, with the exclamation point) into the message box to confirm the booking through the Outlook addin.
    it would be great to have instead the information icon (the blue one) that is almost used in all others message boxes than this warning icon.

  14. Language customization needs to be enabled for the title of Private Bookings when displayed on Wayfinder or Room Booking Grid.

    Currently, the title for private bookings - "Private Meeting", displayed on Wayfinder screen or Room Booking grid shows as it is even for languages other than English. The functionality works well for hiding the title of any private meeting/booking and masking it as "Private Meeting" but for languages other than English, there is no translation for the masked title. The title comes as "Private Meeting" even for languages like Spanish, German or French.

    This customization needs to be taken care of and should be implemented for all languages.

  15. Room Booking: Ability to search for hosts based on department

    Currently when searching for a host when doing a room booking, if type the person's name, if their are multiple entries for different people with the same name, only email addresses can delineate the difference.

    At times, people may not immediately recognise the email address, so adding in say the business category (if that was the division someone worked in within your business) as a bracketed value after their name might make the task easier when searching through a list of people with the same names.

    1. What area is the Request for (I.e. Visitor Management, Booking Form, Outlook Add-in)? Room Booking and Email Templates
    2. What are you trying to achieve? What is your end objective? Email templates should have variable called 'Booking - LastUpdatedBy' which could be inserted in the template

  19. Not consider the accent when looking for a user

    In France, Spain, Italy, having the possibility to find a name of a person in Condeco which is not considering accent.
    For exemple:
    Raul and Raùl or Rocîo and Rocio, the result should be the same.
